It’s not the actuator. That was my first thought. The pin that connects the actuator to the blend door is broke so no way to fix it without ripping the dash apart and pulling the entire unit to replace the blend door.
Nice bike ! I just bought a 300l and loving it. Nice on the hot days. Loose the windshield id suggest. I cant stand my goldwing on hot days. No air Looking forward to the dual sport content.
I added the windshield and it’s so much better with it so it’s staying…lol. It actually helps the bike cut through the air by keeping the wind from slamming against me. I’m able to maintain speed better with it than without it! Still get plenty of air around it too!
Thank you for the advice about windshields, I have wanted my brother's scooter (yamaha nmax 155) to have a tall windshield (higher than the side mirrors, the stock ones are only as high on the speedometer).
I have a Honda XR400R that is street legal. I do most of my riding in dirt, so I wanted something capable, and not KLR heavy. I'm very happy with it. It has a stage 1 Hot Cams, pumper carb, opened exhaust, Ricky Stator kit w/ battery, and a bunch of "nice"ities that I added....switchback lights/blinkers on the barkbusters, LED headlight extra brake lights(one flashes), digital dash, rear rack, heated grips, 2 port USB charger, key, smaller rear sprocket, etc. (Remember, XR400R is a dirt bike, not a dual sport, so I had to add a lot)... I know that the 150 is a street based dual and probably has tires more suited to the pavement than dirt. With that being said, it probably doesn't make much difference to you, but as you go to a more off road tire, you should only use the front brake when "needing" to. It will make the nobs wear funny. Using the rear brake avoids this because the nobs are larger/stiffer, and they get worn from the opposite reaction of acceleration. If I could go to a Honda dealer and pick up that 150 at the MSRP, I would. They mark them up too much for me. A 15-18% mark up is unreasonable to me. Some may argue that; I think that it's horrible.
@@scottdavis9318 i’ve put just over 1000 miles on mine so far. it’s my first bike and has been awesome to learn on. was thinking about a windscreen too.
Love these simple bikes.
Great choice Jason. Thanks for sharing.
Blend door actuator in the just. Easy fix. But I like your motorcycle option too

@ dang. I understand why you have fixed it yet. lol
I LMAO at your loss AC solution, why ......... it's all too familiar logic myself or toy junky friends would come with right on dude
Been riding mine for almost 7 years, so far no major issues.
Good choice.....really....
