He was working with a League One squad. The squad was paper thin. The club sold anyone half decent. The board wants to generate money by selling young players. That is fine but you need a strong squad. Most people in the know said he worked miracles. Having to sell any up and coming player was detrimental to the club. Most managers would have walked. He should have given at least one more season. With new training ground open , all levels can be on the same place. He was building the foundations of a team with peanuts. Best manager we have had in years. To be honest QPR need a few more seasons to build up a decent squad. I was amazed considering the League One squad we had , he did a good job.
Other than Eze, who did we sell that was half decent? BOS and Manning were running out of contract, don't think it would be fair to count them. I'd have given Warbs more time but I dont think the club sold anyone half decent.
@@jamescarson886 your right we only sold Eze that would of made a difference to our starting 11! and what was said above a league 1 squad "i'm finding that hard to back" QPR have always been a selling club so im half expecting our best players to always be sold anyways so when they stay thats when i'm surprised lol!!! I bet half of you are changing ya tune now that Beale has stepped up I bet your like "Mark Warburton!! WHO" lol!!!
The only decent player they sold was Eze. They reinvested all that money back in to the players that Warburton asked for. How on earth were Austin, Johansen, Jordy, Willock, Dykes, Albert, Amos, Field, Barbet, Dunne and a few others. They backed Warburton to the tune of £25 million when you factor in loans and wages. Your talking rubbish!
Mark did a fantastic job @ QPR and is a fabulous coach. Had relatively little money ito spend and exceeded expectations. The ownership of QPR is farcical if they expect promotion without the necessary investment. Truly shocking how QPR treated Mark, similar to Tony Mowbray @ Blackburn.
Let’s see how the next 12 months at QPR go! Personally Warburton is a great coach but no plan B! Teams found out how to beat QPR and he couldn’t adapt. Also I question if he was able to manager personalities in the dressing room. Yes players go out of contract but surely they play harder for their future?
Which “Rangers” are we talking about? The Rangers that went out of existence in 2012 or the brand new team that formed afterwards with the same name. Edit: it was just a bit of banter. Chill out 😑

Sad to see him go. Thought he did a good job. Class act. Thank you Mark.
He's going to be an amazing assistant manager for us under moyes
Fine man ... and a very good manager .. I wish him well going forward .
You will be missed, thank you mark 💙
he did a great job for us at the R's. Good luck in your future endeavours Warbs.

I'm gutted QPR failed to make the playoffs this year.
I felt Mark should've had at least one more year.
1:30 Simon giving that look check out this geezer talking about his time at QPR.

He was same at Glasgow rangers only had plan A
He was also the same at Brentford
Don’t get this he did good job. Why Blackburn don’t look at him is beyond me
My God I wish we still had him, what a mess our club is in now, owners are a joke
Queens Park Raisins
Quarter Pounder Rubbish
We had no pace throughout. That was our problem and that I'm afraid is down to Warburton.
Fantastic Speaker
Come to charlton mate
Done well they fucked it up in the end, still after 3 years it seemed he didnt know the right 11 & tactics to use
The last 6-8 weeks? Lol since January qpr have been bad
They were still in a playoff position at the end of January.
February and March was when everything tore apart
Blackpool should have appointed him.
WARBURTON BOTTLED IT AT GLASGOW RANGERS and bolted at first opportunity down South. Talks a good game - average manager.
He was all white at first but didn't use his loaf and as a result the team went a bit stale
All white, is that you Jonathan Ross?
They didn't offer him enough dough to stay on as manager.
@@craigbackhouse745 At yeast he seems happy
@@craigbackhouse745 His missus is a nice piece of crumpet.
When the results went bad, the heat was on and he was toast.
He been fired again?
Warbutons blue armyyyy⚪️🔵⚪️🔵
I always wonder if QPR named themselves after Rangers 😂

Not a Warbuton fan at all - I am very glad Mr Average has gone: I wish him luck in his new janitor job:
We're not a janitor job
