This cannot be stated enough! Being your dog's loving, yet firm leader can save your dog's life and perhaps other dogs as well. Lovingly train your dog every single day through obedient communication.
Bottom line of all advices from all great trainers like yourself is simple: train, train, train. Many people look for a simple quick fix, but in order to have a great dog, one needs to put in a lot of work in relationship and obedience. I'm constantly working on it, currently I'm loving but not yet really the leader 😁 but it's getting better and we already made huge improvement compared to the start of our journey 👍
My Frenchie isn't aggressive but she's very excitable. Last night at the emergency vet she literally screamed at a dog because she was so excited to play. It was super embarrassing. 😅😕
Hey, my Kooikerhondje is pretty insecure with other dogs, humans and even sometimes at home and than tends to show aggressive behaviour. We tried to train those situation’s with a trainer specialised for difficult dogs, but all we reached is that he now knows when training is and will be the sweetest dog ever. Over the years I learned to read his signs, so I can prevent a some situations that would probably end in him showing his teeth and trying to go for the dog or human he’s scared of, but even now it happens sometimes that I play with him like every other day and suddenly he warn bites me and I will have no clue what caused it. Do you have any tips? ( I’m not really fluent in English so sorry for any Mistakes)
So I have 2 4.5 year old Dobermans. My 1 boy has anxiety and he seems to attract male dogs that threaten him. Since I've become sick he is now way more protective around me and it is becoming an issue. His brother doesn't have the anxiety so he is only a little defensive but he is set off by his brother and does follow instructions still while his brother I need to sit on basiclly
I have to admit. My chihuahua is kinda sketchy. I have had her for 12 years and she still becomes so nervous for no reason that she’ll bite. But since losing all her teeth……
my 8th month old bandog is now becoming a bit more pully and when he walks on my right, hes pulling to the right so his legs are slanted and i either trip up over his legs or i stand on his paws because they are in the way. its annoying me and this is first thing of the day, once i let him off lead for so long and put back on the lead he walks calm and normal as hell. bloody big dog lol.
That is the most friend shaped dog ever. I want to hug her.
Eileen doesn’t have a single thought in her head
not one.
She's a dog she shouldn't. Only thoughts in her head should be if I follow this command I'll get rewarded..

Eileen's so cool lol. I just want to scratch behind her ears ❤😂

Leadership comes before love. Leadership first ive given love before leadership and it does not work for me but thanks anyways ☺
Please explain what makes an owner a loving leader. This is always vague to me and I don’t understand
Dedication and strong, consistent communication.
Not babying them, been really firm. But mostly it's showing them what behaviour you want from them so you're leading and they follow, (not literally)
I got a border collie honestly think he would be a challenge 🙃 Help 😂
That's a challenge, alright 😂😂😂😂
@@ShowUpToGetIt watch a few of his vids and fought oh dear 😅
