HI Sang, Actual value for LH part is in the cell G18 and RH part is in the cell G37. Low limit and High limit are set using "Inrange" command in I18 cell and I37 cell.

HI Ken, Vision Capture fail conditions are absence of air wick cap and measurement of air wick cap. Please refer the G18 cell, 1. If the cell value G18 and G37 is above 95, then it is fail. 2. If the cell value G18 and G37 is below 90, then it is Pass.

HI Jean,
Try with Blob tool instead of using brightness tool, Blob tool will detect random contamination if we set the parameters correctly.

Yes that fail is the measurement of air wick cap height fail.
