It's been a long time since I visited Fort Walton Beach about 15 years ago. I did some things in Destin, too. Back then, I didn't think it was that densely populated. I need to revisit. I thought the housing was older, too.
My parents moved us to Gulf Breeze when we were young and me and my brothers all moved away after graduation because we couldn’t make a living in Gulf Breeze. You live in Gulf Breeze you go to Pensacola for everything. Google the crime on Pensacola. It will blow your mind. Pay there is terrible. FWB is a good area if you like old scary houses from the 1950’s and bad crime. There is nothing to do in GB. Nice homes but high cost of living. Navarre is nice but 30 mins from everything but the beach. This coming from someone who has lived it.
