Horrible place to live. Stay north of the Mason Dixon line.

I’ve grown up in P’Cola… my parents have lived there since the early 80’s & still do. The real difference we’ve always noticed in Pensacola & Gulf Breeze is money. Gulf Breeze is a lot more expensive. Pensacola is mostly blue collar. My parents were teachers… no way we could’ve afforded to live in Gulf Breeze. It was for the upper class. Pensacola not conservative? Hahaha Where’d you get that idea? Pensacola is Lower Alabama. I live in Birmingham now. When I go back to Pensacola I feel like I’m still in Alabama. Just better seafood, cause Joe Patti’s & the water is right there.

Pensacola/Gulf Breeze are the same.

Shout out to Santa Rosa County, moved here 3 years ago from CO as well, have met a lot of people from CO out here. Moving here was the best decision we could have ever made, it is beautiful, white sand beaches, emerald water, great fishing, little to no traffic (compared to Denver), love the schools, roads are kept up well, low crime, booming economy, people are all super friendly and helpful to others...couldn't ask to live in a better part of FL!

What Pensacola Fla. Are you talking about ,you are from some other place you have't. been here long enough to give an opinion , if Pensacola is so great why do you live in crowded Gulf Breeze with traffic lights on every corner.

I live in a beach town in the panhandle and I will tell you that it's not all it's cracked up to be.

I have purchased many homes and I have received very little value from buyer's agents when buying homes locally. As long as you do the research, negotiate a good price and hire a good inspector you should be ok. I am open to use a buyer's agent, but the value they bring is not worth 3% (or even 2%) with the tech which is available today. At most, I would offer a flat fee depending on the amount of work they do.

Just a PSA stay out don't move to Milton/ pace How about you don't move to Milton/pace we have enough people and are roads can't handle all the people moving in. So just stay away stay out especially if your from up north or California we don't want you.

Just got back from 8 days on Naverre , fl we had a blast. We stayed in a 4-plex house. Had a blast

Brownsville, Lincoln Park, Montclair. Mayfair.

The bad parts of Pensacola are nothing compared to where I grew up in Texarkana. I will walk alone at night anywhere in Pensacola!! 😂lol😅

Tiger point,Gulf breeze, and garcon point are all in Santa Rosa county. All others are in the country of Escambia country. None are in Pensacola. Lol I give you a f- for this dumb shit.

My parents moved us to Gulf Breeze when we were young and me and my brothers all moved away after graduation because we couldn’t make a living in Gulf Breeze. You live in Gulf Breeze you go to Pensacola for everything. Google the crime on Pensacola. It will blow your mind. Pay there is terrible. FWB is a good area if you like old scary houses from the 1950’s and bad crime. There is nothing to do in GB. Nice homes but high cost of living. Navarre is nice but 30 mins from everything but the beach. This coming from someone who has lived it.

Eglin Air Force base takes up the bottom portion of Okaloosa county. All of the military personnel who support the mission are the cause of the population increase in Okaloosa and Walton counties.

So glad I went down there and checked it out. Way too run down and dirty for my taste. So much traffic! I was so excited to see the place. What a let down. Wasn't ready for the racism either. It's palpable. And I'm quite conservative, if that makes any difference.

Its very dangerous in Pensacola. We have a few murders a week.

I went to elementary, middle, and some high school in GB. Don't know where you learned that the schools take you to the sound or beach... Nope lol I thought Pensacola high school was a lot better after going there tbh. GBHS and GBMS has many many kids that get into drugs early on. With more wealthy people there only comes harder drugs and more of them lol.

Pensacola is a sewer in the middle it’s only nice on the edges. Stay out of the middle .

I agree with you 1000%. Colorado was a wonderful place when I moved here on my own as a teen, decades ago. I never thought I'd leave CO, but it's becoming California East here. So we've had enough. It's going to be a big change but we're looking forward to our new adventure in Pensacola.

Life long Floridian here. I hope no one else moves here. Noone moving here wants to live l8ke Florida people live, they all want to change it. Our traditions our open spaces even our beliefs are now infringed upon by all the carpet baggers.
