@@telectronix1368, Lee is 6' 4 and I had to laugh seeing a video of behind the scenes of the Hobbit where Luke Evans who plays Bard is standing on a box next to him to make him the same height. Apparently, Evans is 6 foot tall. He has a really nice singing voice too. Luke Evans has his own YT channel where you can catch his singing.

This man has captivated me as I watch Foundation. Just realized he has been in other films I have loved, and now I'm on a mission to rewatch and discover his other works. Such a beautifully talented actor.
The Fall and Halt and Catch Fire made me a big fan. Foundation reminded me how cool he is. Sadly his best known roles were kind of lackluster (no fault of his), Ronin and that elf guy in LOTR,

Cool show and obviously for the 'mainstream' audience, so naturally Pace will forever be associated with being the 'intergalactic emperor daddy," but his most enigmatic character and strongest evidence of his unbelievable acting ability is, hands down, his role as the protagonist/antagonist, evil and utterly morally bankrupt - but somehow equally endearing and sympathetic - rogue tech entrepreneur during the early years of the computer/internet boom in the 80's, "Joe Macmillan," in one of the greatest shows that tragically too few have even heard about, Halt and Catch Fire." Do yourself a favor and if you haven't seen it, get that series and be amazed. Thank me later. How's that for a run-on sentence? My fingers need to take a breath.
I'm currently on a Lee-a-thon. Watched HACF Season 1 over the weekend alternately with Pushing Daisies. He also got me to watch The Hobbit and of course he was the perfect casting of Thranduil (most ravishinly gorgeous Elf ever). Lee is quite a beautiful balance of Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine.
@@EmpressLestat I'm jealous. Each season gets sequentially better and while most such drama series have horrible final seasons/episodes, it's one of the rare shows that goes out as good as ever.
Also, usually these shows have female characters that are beyond intolerable you just want to... ...[tell them politely to be quiet and go off stage 😉👍]. Thinking Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Betty Draper in Mad Men, etc. The women in this are not just fire they are brilliant.

If you’ve never watched Halt and Catch Fire, go binge watch. Lee Pace and his characters story arc are brilliant.
