Have to say I've not seen Lee Pace in interview - his roles are always so intense and well played but it looks like in real life he's a really warm and laid back person. Just finished s2 and really cant wait to see how they develop season 3 ❤ Well done to all those involved in the production, you've smashed it out the park 👏👏👏
Completely agree - they were both perfectly cast. Her slightly difficult to place accent really works well. Lee is 100% suited to this role - but then he always seems to be. I love to see their relaxed interview responses and how they work together. It wasn't really my thing but I've loved it.
..of course the naked fight at the beginning of the episode is a roman empire reference, the greco-roman wrestling...as a lot of the esthetical choices remind about the classical roman empire such as the dress choices, the postures of the Clions, the attitude etc.
I kind of wonder if Demerzel is actually the master mind behind the Emperors, like she's the one ruling through the clones but she's so cleaver no one picks up on it.
@@AerielFerguson Well Demerzel has been around for well over 2000 years and has seen all the ups and down of humanity, the rises and the falls of their existence. This just may be her way of trying to fix humanity through the rulers of the galaxy and even as a robot she is failing. I doubt there is a way to "Fix" humanity. So between Hari Seldon and Demerzel, each has their own perception of how to "Fix" things. It's so like the real world actually. Every human has their own perception on how things should be and how to "Fix" them and they don't always line up do they? This painful reality makes a great story.
Sounds like Goyer plans on filming Foundation's Edge and Foundation and Earth after the original trilogy is completed. Maybe even Robots and Empire. I'll be watching. Apple has spared no expense producing a first class adaptation.

I enjoyed season 2 very much and these two nailed their roles. Great actors.

I wonder that too and if or when one of them ever picks up on it, she just erases their memories so they would never know.
