Rico so I did some research and noticed some things that definitely had an big effect on Kingburys second half offensive declines yr 2021 & 2022. In 2021 Wk8 Kyler Murray sustained a ankle sprain. He missed three games and in Wk8 2022 Murray suffered a Hand Wrist Bruise. Played Wk9 before missing the next 2 games due to a thigh hamstring strain. 2022 is also the Murray suffered a season endin ACL tear Wk14.
Yeah only injuries messed this up for Kliff.
Barring injuries, He has a High Playoff caliber Coordinating and now more experience than ever to make better adjustments.
Cardinals fans say otherwise, and as a local Bills fan I agree. Kliff is an awful coach and play caller with little to no creativity or flow to his gameplan. I mean he literally ran 4 screens on the opening drive as well as have multiple drives calling multiple screens. His play calling is putting the team in unfavorable situations that JD5 has been bailing him out of. Like the run where he got the wind knocked out and a few other 3rd and long scrambles. His QB design runs are also incredibly stupid. He will injure JD5 with his play calling like he did Murray.

Once he start dotting passes down the field consistently it’s over with, he’s working to not be the reason we loose games and I love it as a fan I’m excited about the potential of this offense but our run defense needs to improve and we need to pressure the qb Daniel jones was writing novels in the pocket last week had all the time in the world to look for #1 smh

He only took 1 hit on a scramble.
That big hit he took last week sure enough woke him up. He will not be running all the time. That hit made him stay in the pocket. He will be playing from the pocket more, and run only if he has to. He will get what he can , and run out of bounds. He did all of that Sunday. (HE GOT IT NOW) HTTC!!! 🏈 🔥

If our defense can gell and be halfway decent, we will be a team that might make others to be concerned about! Not saying playoff worthy, but maybe, just maybe, hard to handle
I think Jayden is growing not quite a star yet but it's coming. His patience is growing he caused 3 sacks last week not throwing it away and being a little bit impatient in the pocket. But he is getting better every half he plays he was great in the 2nd half against the Giants. He is gonna have a breakout game soon and then I think he will take off.

Rico, I love everything you do bro. King of the stats and great hype man for the Commanders but you're wrong about Kingsbury fleecing the Eagles with the Jahan trade. If you watched the post game interviews with the Eagles you would see how they grilled Jaylen about him totally ignoring Jahan on many plays during the game. Dude was wide open on many plays and Hurts stared at Jahan, hesitated then took off running. I watched the game and I was just shaking my head. It's clear as day now that if the receiver ain't named Devante or AJ, Jaylen doesn't throw to him. He even said after the game he needs to work more with Jahan since they really had no time to bond yet. Seems like a cop out to me by Jaylen. Noah's been here for days now but yet JD was able to find him several times during the game.
Based on the information given in the video on how Kliff is potentially pulling plays from eagles&giants former coaches on the staff. I don’t think he’ll have a problem adjusting through the season because that means he has more to pull from rather than just his own playbook in a sense… so I’m more optimistic on that, especially with a QB like JD5 he’s already gonna be a pick your poison kind of guy for opposing DC’s… do we let him run or do we let him pass… that alone I think will help with the play calling for Kliff it just depends on how a team wants to play us that week.

The best thing Kliff has done so far is key the same offense JD5 ran in college. No doubt that has helped him transition the way he has through these 2 weeks. The game will continue to slow down for him, and he’ll start dotting up defenses by week 8

I think when it comes to terry we still have to remember people key in on home and our offense just needs time to gel and we can’t shoot ourself in the foot we kicked 7 field goals imagine all those field goals are touchdown drives that’s 42 points if we miss alot the extra points….. point I’m trying to make is I saw the vision the play calling was there its year 1 with all these guys together. We cut the penalties and if the online protects the pass better we will be great

Gotta keep throwing screen. They're not running screen plays just for Jayden but to beat zone coverages and to keep the dline and dcoor guessing. With the screens, runs, playaction, rpo, Jaydens ability and coming out in different formations all that makes it hard for defenses to know your tendencies. So if you shut one aspect of the offense down you can run the other plays. So its more so about better execution on plays than the play call itelf. They are missing blocks on screens so that's why its not working sometimes and that goes with most plays. Jd5 had guys open down field and Ekler in the endzone when he ran out of bounds so plays are there to be made they just need more chemistry and the execution will get better.
That explains why no giants lineman had a sack vs the giants all the sacks was from blitzes
Wrong. The play calling is too predictable and it's causing a lot of 3rd and longs that JD5 is converting and therefore bailing out the horrible play calling. He has no flow or creativity in his gameplans.
@@thabruhfrom9444 Playing calling is fine, he ran to soon on some plays and missed some guys down field. It's not predictable, last years offense was predictable. The playcall and Jayden aren't the overall problem its the protection and the wrs not getting consistently open.

Because they changed the defense. They both are doing things completely different than before. As well as the constant rotation and moving them to DE on certain plays etc…

I agree he's great on the 50/50 balls on single coverages, but his releases are slow and he doesn't have the route running ability of a Devonta Adams. He's still a great receiver tho.
