Oh me too
Same! lol
Same! Rio! What’s good?
We will be seated for Jayden Daniels content.
Yo what up Ben!!
@@Coleyboobear𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓸 𝓫𝓻𝓸❤️
Yes sir 🫡 #RaiseHail
False start penalties are ALSO why you don't get in the EZ. Nice analysis. I just think the false starts deserve a mention. I think the Skins had five or six of them in the RZ on Sunday. Not the way to win a lot of football games!
Pretty sure it's 6 which is sickening.
@@YettiManChannel You can still score, of course, and you're always going to have to overcome a few penalties. But that was about the limit for a young team trying to find its way.
How does this guy not have more subscribers...great content
BOUT TIME‼️‼️‼️ thought JT was hating on the kid 😂
I feel like JD5 is still feeling out the game. When I first started watching him when he got to LSU I was frustrated at the limited amount of throws, until he started picking more and more up. I truly think it’s him just finding the rhythm, and pushing just a little more each outing. Once he’s comfortable, defenses will need to watch out!
He’s guna thrive
Once this guy gets used to NFL game speed he’s gonna be a serious problem! Getting the win took a lot of pressure off of everyone from coaches to the players! He’s only gonna get more comfortable and better and then they are really gonna open the playbook!
Facts. Straight cheat code
I noticed when watching JD's college film he's more risk adverse than other QB's with most of his deep throws to the sidelines. It seemed that way in the 1st half but that he made a point to explore the middle in the 2nd half. I'm personally excited he has so many things he can get better at (pre snap reads, not taking sacks, not taking hits, better choices on throws) because it shows how high his ceiling is.
Not a fan of his. He can't read defenses. Most of what he does is just either runs it or throws it five yards to the back.
@@robinali6903obviously you don’t watch tape, just parroting nonsense that has been said pre draft. In his second game he’s reading defenses and sometimes on an elite level. 😮
@@theantandthebull obviously you don’t watch tape. JD literally leagues the league in short yardages throws to WRs at 38%. NFL average is under 12%. It’s just a bunch of screens.
@@theantandthebullno it looks a like that to me too
@@robinali6903is there a problem taken a short yardage dump off when there isn’t much open? Look at bro o line it’s 3 guys in his face as soon as he snaps the ball
+100 for Jayden Daniels content. I also noticed a lot of line of scrimmage throws, I think it's been scheme and coaching, hopefully they're easing him in and will let him open it up more by midseason. Imo that was the strength of his college game
Hopefully. Kliff Kingsbury is known for his horizontal offense however
@@FranciscoPerez-cr4os saw plenty of times on this film where someone was open on deep routes and Jayden took off running for 5-10 yards instead of 50+ in the air… not all on kliff
This is exactly how I feel what KK is doing. Easy Daniels into the game and slowly giving him more stuff as the week goes on. Reminds me of how Dallas handle Dak and Steelers handled Ben during their rookie years. During Dak's rookie year it was mostly run heavy with play action taking advantage of Zeek.
Agree. They have the training wheels on him. Yet he’s running up the side gut and getting smashed. He won’t last at this rate. Just a matter of time before he’s done in by the washington curse. 37 starting QB since 2000.
Unless I forgot something I like that I didn't see Daniels running between the tackles again. Hopefully he starts seeing a few more throws instead of running and the OL stops taking red zone false starts. And unlike Howell you don't ask yourself WTF he was seeing at least once a game
Best breakdown I've seen so far for on Jayden. No question, there's a lot to work on for Jayden and the offense as a whole. What's exciting is that Jayden is always having a good time and has a smile on his face. He's not worried. This NFL stage is not too big for him, which means he's always learning on both the good plays and the bad. Just like in college, he'll get better and better each game.
FINALLY THANK YOU 🥹 🙏
FWIW week 1 was on Patreon
I was waiting for this and wasn't disappointed. Great stuff, as always, and you're absolutely right about that play at 33:05. Eckler was on the local radio show and said that wasn't a screen pass.
They can't say that Kliff isnt scheming the receivers open. Jayden just needs to trust his eyes and arms. I remember his college coach saying that at one point, Jayden was playing too safe, and he basically told him to trust his eyes and arm
it’s been 2 weeks and he doesn’t even look that bad.. and looked completely different in the 2nd halr
@@JD5Roty he's definitely improving week to week
@@Chilli69Palmerhis run game is improving, but he’s still a below average passer who can’t read NFL defenses.
@@JD5Roty It was almost the exact moment that he took the big hit something clicked and he started finding those throws.
As a Cards fan, I can say that Kliff deserved some blame, but Kyler not understanding the offense had a lot more to do with it
Great catch on Ekeler misreading his blocks on that one red zone play. That was super frustrating to watch live. Was a walk-in TD if he cuts back.
Getting the wind knocked out of him was probably the best thing and it got him to stay in the pocket more and throw. He needed to get hit to get a welcome to the NFL moment and luckily it was only enough to put him out for a play. Sort of like Caleb needing to throw an interception on a broken plays to realize it isn't college anymore and they both can use those weapons but they just have to be more careful.
Okay. Ive been looking for content like this for seaaasons! I like how you break it down. Feels very knowledgable and calm and i feel like im in the qb’s meeting going over game film hahaha. Send this to jd himself lmao!
Passing TDs or not ( they will come) compare him to what the two other rookie QBs are doing so far, Especially the one in Chicago who supposedly went into a loaded offensive situation with way more weapons to work with than Washington.
He's(Daniels) missing some throws, took some sacks, needs to throw the ball away sometimes, and perhaps get down a little sooner when running, no doubt about it as JT alluded to. It's two games and he's growing little by little. No one is beating their chests either or shouldn't be. Have a ways to go and that SHOULD be expected.
Appreciate the breakdown! If only all with opinions would watch before making declarations about how wr’s aren’t open and the Kliff can’t scheme/coach. PLAYS ARE THERE TO BE MADE, 5 just needs more time behind center! Through 2 games he turns down nfl-open targets, seemingly, because he’s more comfortable running at this point. Once he gets more reps, he’ll get more confidence and then it will be ON! Thanks for the insights!!
They are trying to protect him with the offense. Commanders fans remember RG3 and how they didn’t protect him and even last year with Sam Howell, they know the fans will be patient in this rebuilding year as long as there is consistent progress at the QB slot and he doesn’t get hurt.
Robert got injured in the open field when he chose to run. Know your facts
With Noah Brown leaping for that catch, I would probably attribute it to the fact that he's only been on the team for two weeks, and this is the first game he's played. Almost certainly the timing isn't perfect between the two of them yet.
Daniels played better in the second half. He's still getting a feel about what he can do with his legs and what he can't, and sometimes it does look like he's a bit rushed. Would like to see him learn to look down the field more when he's scrambling, but that's going to take time. That being said, can't complain too much about 7 scoring drives, other than I'd like to see more of those in the end zone. It is good progress.
His mobility is insane... if he can develop the ability to use it to extend the play, keeping his head up while he does, he'll be deadly.
Love JT inadvertently being a massive Sam Cosmi fan
❤
Been waiting on this one! Thank you so much !!
Love this breakdown, appreciate the content!
I’m a Redskins fan I always look forward to hearing you provide context.
Good to hear the critique come from someone who really knows and can remain neutral.
Great stuff, JT.. as always. I will click on everything Jayden related. HAIL
You HAVE to do the week 3 breakdown of that MNF game as a follow up to this. It's too perfect to show the progression in one week.
Awesome stuff.
Love the content!
D riding the JD train. Gotta love it. Tonight could be the turning point for better or for worse. The kid throws quick passes and known for his legs but sacked 5 times.
Looks like it was for better
Good ol' Kliff Screensbury is back to his same tricks.
Another SUPERB breakdown. Aporeciate your content.
hyped for his week 3 tape
Been waiting thank you sir
Another great breakdown 🔥
Thanks JTO
Thank you!!!
34:02 the pass on Ekeler. Seems to be a designed distraction, pull the attention to the right side with the pulling guard and a crossing TE, if Ek is left open, easy dump and the crossing TE becomes a lead blocker. If it's not open, if TE crossing is open dump, otherwise scramble or toss out. Like a lil gadget play. I like it.
lots of potentials for JD
I don’t think these backs understand. I always had the mind set, you are not hitting my QB. I sometimes had to take out two guys to keep them off my QB.
33:19 Ekler said Jayden just felt the space and tossed it to him
Thank you boss!!!!
This is why Penix jr was my first choice for QB. He seemed to be ready to be a
pocket passer with some mobility and and able to make pre and post snap reads already. Just my opinion.😮 Hopefully JD can make the transition from college to pass pro!
looked much better as a passer in the 2nd half connecting down the field
That rib crack got him to stand in the pocket
As A buc fan, can you do one on baker please?!
PLEASE GIVE US THE GENO ANALYSIS!!! The dude has maybe his best game vs the patriots!!!!!
Not to mention we get to see Ryan Grubb cook in the nfl!!!!
In the two games I do think that Jayden has settled and gotten a bit better as the game goes along. So now it’s progression. Can he settle after the first 4 series? 3? And so on. I’ve got some hope. As Gibbs would say “let’s go find out”.
My sentiments exactly
As he matures he'll start to keep his eyes down the field as he's scrambling.
Will you do a breakdown of Bo Nix week 2?
On Patreon
Rookie doing rookie things but just enough awareness rn to not blow his whole team up with mistakes.
Yes sir i love it
LETS FUCKIN GO (left hand up)
The QB School needs to pay attention to his college tape. Only difference was the check down went to Nabers 80% of the time. Didn't matter if he was guarded or not. Not saying I wouldn't have done same.
that crazy screen but not a screen throw back to Eckler is a Lincoln Riley special
Give Jayden and this O line till the halfway point to gel and for the game to slow down for Jayden just a hair more and this office will be putting up some points. It's the D that may be the biggest problem this year. If we could get a true shut down corner and two real horses at end we might be able to be at least an above average D in this league but with the teams we play this year they are looking like bottom 20 at best. Not sure with the personal that we have right now how they could scheme it up to be better then that. It might be on the Offence to keep playing more of the keep away game and keep that D off the the field as much as possible.
Whoever picked up Seibert for fantasy got themselves a whale of a game in this one. Also, that right side of the line was blowing away the defense on those RPO's, wonder if they'll be pointing that out to the backs because the backs seemed to be hell bent on running straight into the pileup on the left side for zero yards instead of cutting it back.
We need a Fields breakdown.
JD CONTENT LFG
wee need a geno week 2 video
Why would you expect Jayden Daniels to throw over the middle?
YESSS!
Why no Daniel Jones breakdown?

IT HAPPENED
JD5 is the messiah
That was a horrible run in the red zone by Ekeler. Absolutely kills me to watch him run into defenders instead of through the HOLE 🕳️
The play at 33:20 that you couldn’t make sense of… Ekeler said on the radio that it wasn’t designed to go to him but Jayden read that the defense was vacating the backside and immediately checked to him for the huge gain
Exit Early won him a Heisman trophy. Why would an NFL OC want that. CJ Stroud was Exit Late. No comparisons.
Just need more consistency from kliff.
You owe him another one mid season! Took way too long haha
Week 3 stat big guy
Sack magnet. High school offense. One read and run.
Yea someone doesn't watch the tape lol he goes through his progressions often.
Once the game slows down for Jayden and Kliff has a bag fulla plays that work for him it's gonna be ugly. Straight cheat code. NFC East not lookin forward to a decade of Jayden Daniels
Just read that the Commanders throw behind the line 37.9% of the time, league average is 11.3%
Yeah, because they're trying to get him acclimated to playing in the NFL with a new offense. They're playing it safe right now.
Second game, rookie QB, baby steps. He ain't making mistakes and gives him time to learn and grow without throwing him into the fire too much
@@ShamblesMD Yeah don't necessarily have a problem with it two games in
Klif Screensbury.
Redskins was second in the league in getting sacked last year. Get the ball out of his hands slow the rush down and let him operate it’s not that hard.
Look at Caleb and Bo they are getting killed trying to “throw downfield”.
Orn Cliff
Maybe he can learn to step up in the pocket before he pulls the"trigger"!😅😊
looks a lot like Justin Fields... turning down open receivers and taking off
Its good to know receiver's are getting open, sometimes ridiculously open, just the ball just isn't going in their direction. Room to improve..
BREAK DOWN! HUH! BREAKDOWN! HUH! BREAKDOWN! HUH! WIN! MNF LET'S GO! Will the REAL SLIM JD PLEASE GET DOWN
Seriously could NOT WAIT for some deep intel on JD5 and Kliff. It seems like the coaching and culture is in place for real progress. Dig deep, get siced DC.
Seems like he’s not quite trusting his WRs just yet. As you point out, there’s a lot of NFL open guy on many of his sacks.
All the ppl talking about this generational qb class are really quiet after 2 weeks 😂😂😂 they are all stinking it up so far.

Hernandez Ronald Williams Karen Gonzalez Christopher
White Edward Lewis Richard Jones John
Taylor Shirley Thomas Brian Martinez Michelle
Justin Fields pretty plz
After Jayden Daniels got the F knocked out of him he played better. LOL

I don’t appreciate the comment…”it’s a win, i guess” it’s hard to win in the NFL. How many wins do you have in the league?
More than you
@@TheQBSchool Hey, JT! When I asked how many wins you had in the league, it wasn’t meant to ruffle any feathers. I asked because you made that comment about JD’s win not being ‘real,’ and we both know how tough it is to get a win in this league! No need to get so defensive, my friend. I’m genuinely enjoying your content. Let’s keep it fun out here-especially when you’ve only got two more wins than me!
@@duptgrowI have more wins than both of you combined
@@duptgrow wym not meant to ruffle any feathers lol. Your asking somebody who’s played in the NFL how many wins do they have? Clearly u wanted to tick someone off. Do better.
The commanders should never have won this game, lol
Thank you for breaking this down! I've been hungry for some more insight as to what things look like downfield when JD5 drops back... You gave us some great clarity on where we can be optimistic and what we still need to see from him to know if he's the real deal. And some reasons to be excited about Kliff.
Side note... Only time will tell if Sam Howell actually belongs in the NFL but I think if he'd been working for Kliff instead of EB last year he would have at least had a better chance of finding some success.
Same thing everyone was saying about Heineke lol Wish Howell the best but we moved on.
Don’t know why cliff keeps getting jobs in the nfl. He was horrible for Kyler.
Kirk COusins needs no school. dont worry guys. Cousins is the school

The commanders might be the worst team in the NFL. Its a miracle they are winning games
Starting to feel like you're purposely avoiding Baker Mayfield.
Baker will be Baker, just wait for it
