- Hi :). Sorry for the long wait for a new video.
This video is a comprehensive list of units that comprised my Lego army / marines over the years. Some of the vehicles / units on this list may be already familiar to you, some maybe be a new site, and some might be a surprise!
Correction: Churchill tank primary armament: Ordnance QF 75mm gun.
I can guarantee you that the lore behind this stuff and what missions you went on must of gone CRAZY hard

it was nice seeing those old 2008-2016 vehicles, reminds me of the vehicles and robots I made when I was little, yes the ships from star wars were rainbow colors and the robots fell apart easily, but i still had fun building them and playing with them, really shows how lego truly has infinite possibilities and that's why we love it and we'll never outgrow it
I love custom Lego armies.
Whether it's stars or military.
Although official sets from Lego or kits from off-brand companies that do military sets are good.
Custom stuff just has a different feel that I love more.
Keep expanding it bro!

IM INSPIRED! I do make this thing irl called “Toy solider’s conquest of the house” and I’m now on PT.3 of the room Which is “attack on the carpet” these vehicles look cool and now I want to make my own vehicles I already have “A.C.T” which is armoured carrier tank. Good modles!
I had something similar with Lego but over time the whole thing kinda changed in the way that now the Legos have their own countries usually the size of a small town or city.

Most people as they get older or become collectors always think you must keep sets together, try to keep stuff in pristine condition, etc. But part of the fun is just, breaking out a random box of parts and making whatever!
You can make your own army however you want! Star Wars guys next to Ninjago snakes next to Indiana Jones' WW2 era soldiers next to Mars Mission astros? Do it! It can be crazy fun just making a mish-mash of whatever you can think of and turning it into some crazy cohesive army or force. It's like painting your own little tabletop miniatures, except this time you can make them look like quite literally whatever you want!
Some of the most fun I've ever had with lego is opening an old box of my childhood pieces and going to town building whatever I can think of. Those men and women would then fight anything from aliens, to zombies, to.. household pets (my cat thought their main base on a baseplate was a good sleeping spot lol) and it was crazy fun!
Honestly I should do that again sometime.. and with this video you've convinced me to do just that! I'm sure it was a blast of nostalgia looking back at your old builds, keep doing what your doing man, and go crazy with your creations, some of these looked AWESOME!
I am happy I inspired you to do that :). Maybe I should dabble with some stop-motion animation stories to flesh out the lore of my army more. I got a lot more projects on the way.

I remember building stuff like this with my limit stuff. I still hot some of them but upgraded throughout the years
The story of my army is that they been fighting against an imperial deep space exploration unit. Basically an imperial ship made to explore the deep of space fulled by a classified matter on a self sufficient ship that is almost the size of a death star. Currently there is 10 ships of those vs my world. Due to rebel clones and jedi that infiltrated those ships helped my world fight against them. The imperials could destroy the world at any moment but they don't since they want that planet to create a base and enslave them. During the long war my world creates ships and technology that helped them destroy 2 of the 10 ships that where in orbit during that time. The other ships will engage that world sooner or later. I could have made it more detailed explanation buy it would be toooooo much
1:16, this reminded me of that one tank that looked like it didn't it in decades. It was SO thin, when someone fired the gun at a 90° degree turn it would literally almost tip the tank over and if the commander was peeking out the hatch he would fly out the tank.
For some reason I am either getting Finnish BT-42 or KV-2 vibes. Good thing there was no reported incidents with those vehicles :).

If I may; you *HAVE* to build the Schwerer Gustav 800mm railway cannon at some point, or something based off of it.
Currently, my military doctrine really values the mobility of its forces. However, you do have a point about heavy artillery. I should ask my ordinance department to look into developing a mobile seige artillery piece.
@@81stbrickbattalion Copy that, reckon' you should create something similar to the Sturmtiger or perhaps a Tiger-I. Or, if you want to go full-redneck mode, create a tank with a naval gun on it like the FV-4005.
@@81stbrickbattalion Is that so? Hm, copy that then. Well, if it helps I am here as a sort of idea/designer. Perhaps you could use something similar to the Sturmtiger to clear buildings, or you could go full redneck mode and make a FV-4005.

This is amazing, one of my friends in my neighborhood used to come over to my house and along with my little brother we made countries that to this day stand the test of time. This heavily reminds me of that. Maybe I should do a video like this with the evolution of my forces.... you definitely have a way better army than I did though, I focused more on air dominance and helicopter supremacy.
That’s awesome to hear. I really love my airforce too. As I continue to build my army I am trying to make more realistic practical units and make some lore behind my army. Lore wise I believe my army’s mission is to become a protector of humanity fighting against forces that threaten annihilation, occupation, enslavement (Ex against: The Flood from Halo, the Covenant from Halo, yuuzhan vong from Star Wars, or the Nazis).
Pretty cool how many classic figs u have if I where u I’d be very careful, with them make a vid about it that would be cool

4:05 could you do a tutorial for some form of this? I’m also wondering if those gears actually turn (I can’t see an axle)
Those gears can turn with enough pressure but can be improved upon. I do have an idea for a somewhat similar purpose on a different vehicle but it might take some time to develop.
You should look at the company cobi. You would like them. A lot
I will take a closer look at them. They have my favourite ship CV6 USS Enterprise :).
@@81stbrickbattalion you will not be disappointed with the quality of their products. They do end up missing a few pieces ever once in a while but that happens. But they are far cheaper and a better alternative to brickmania
I have seen other brands alongside Cobi such as Omaha Bricks and am considering them as viable alternatives. I have a tight budget when buying from Brickmania and I go after digital instructions and do the work of sourcing parts myself. My schedule is quite packed with a lot of videos already planned but I will make an effort to investigate those products sometime soon. I guess the alternate brand I have here other the Lego and Brickmania is my own for now :).

Needs air support, i see a lot of artillery, tanks, and ground vehicles but needs some fighters, fighter-bombers, strike fighters, heavy bombers, drones, airborne command centers, cargo planes

I got confused with your M8 Weasel and the WW2 Snow operation M29 Weasel.
Also why do you have a WW1 tank when you have space tanks?
Yeah. The M8 Weasel and the M29 Weasel can be confused with each other. The FT17D in lore was seen as a cheap and easy platform to convert into an experimental drone.

churchill mkVII was armed with 75mm royal ordance quick firing gun, 57mm 6 pounder was on mkIII
I believe I went after the Churchill mkIV. Brickmania made the mkVII so I guess you are right. Sorry about that. The 75mm royal ordnance quick firing gun is a boring out of the 6 pounder gun so it should be an easy modification.

You should try to get more army minifigs (real life not Star Wars).
I have tried to convert Star Wars rebels infantry into real life soldiers. I am trying to find more ways to bolster my real life army infantry.
Mine is really just made up of 10 soldiers from battle brick play with honor. Each was around 8$. Other than that, try checking out brick block army I think they have so really cheap legos and minions like 30$ for 10 figs

6:12 why’d the mass produced tank have a bigger gun than the slug 💀
(1) The M14 Guerrilla benefits from advances in artillery design efficiency and effectiveness allowing the mounting of big guns in a smaller space (Lore wise).
(2) It’s also a turretless vehicle which makes it easier to mount large guns in a smaller chassis. Without a turret there is less machinery and complexity taking up space in the vehicle freeing up more vehicle space and weight. This can be used to mount a larger gun.
(3) The Slug might have a smaller diameter gun buts it has a longer barrel. The longer barrel can result a in higher shell velocity. This higher shell velocity can result in the slug’s gun having the same or potentially greater armour penetration than the M12’s gun.

It does sound cool. I wanted to include anti-infantry teams and anti-armour teams as one classification. If we break down the heavy weapons team we can then create subclasses such as anti armour teams and machine gun teams.

That kind of reminds me of a tactic used in Star Wars Battlefront 2 when 3 clone miniguns fire together to make it impossible for enemies to cross an area on the kamino map nicknamed Kamino Corner

Some if these are pretty much impractical
Yeah that’s understandable. I have created these units and vehicles around a fictional universe with fictional technologies so some units wouldn’t make sense in this universe. From another perspective a lot of the creations I have built later on in timeline have become more realistic and practical.
