Cooking a unique vegetable not found outside of Asian markets...it's actually around $3 for 4 medium sized beans, which is expensive!
Asian winged bean are a long season crop, needing 95 days to reach maturity, and are heat tolerant. Hopefully you'll try this in your summer gardens.
