  • The winged bean also known as four-angled bean is a tropical herbaceous legume plant. Winged bean is nutrient rich and all parts of the plant are edible. They are high in protein, vitamin A vitamin C, Calcium and iron among other nutrients. The leaves and flowers are also high in protein.

    200g winged beans
    3 eggs
    1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
    1 tsp himalayan rock salt
    1 tsp mushroom granules
    1 tsp brown sugar

    Video is perfect. Had winged beans that were getting old and too many eggs from our chickens that needed eaten. Wasn’t sure what to make with them until I came across this, haha! Family says it’s good. Thanks!
