So, the patch 3.10 came out, which brought us quite a lot of changes.
I indicated the main ones in this video, but not all of them - for example, a new flight model. I never figured out, how to show this correctly - such changes, after all, need to be experienced by yourself, right in the game.
And about the rest - enjoy watching!

Основные я указал в этом ролике, но далеко не все - например, новую лётную модель. Её я так и не придумал, как показать корректно - такие изменения, всё таки, нужно испытать самому, прямо в игре.

With regard to ship UI and turrets, I wish you'd shown targeting on other ships, with fixed and gimbals. It's a game changer for fixed weapons, and it looks great with gimbals. Turrets are effective and dangerous now!
The NB hanger change was the most visually satisfying change they made, because the old hangers felt so out of place. The new ones are appropriately gorgeous. But the new area in Grim Hex is my favorite. Gamble Irresponsibly!

I was surprised by the 3.10 and 3.1 atmosphery entry (4:38), it was a nice comparaison
I'm so confused by this, was 3.1's atmo entry so much better?
@@Killercoddbz Actually no. In 3.10 the effects depends on the angle you enter this atmosphere. In 3.1 it was static with no fluctuation in intensity at a certain point.
@@MouadJmari well yea but they look ugly af, 3.1 had better visuals (imo)
@@vigvaryb My guess is that the current entry effect is using their early signed distance field tech, whereas, as the earlier commentor mentioned, the 3.1 effect looks like an artist driven static effect.
The signed distance field tech allows particles and other effects to react in realistic (mostly) realistic fashion to the shape of a ship naturally, rather than the fire effects and trails having to be placed manually by artists.
I would expect the quality of the atmospheric entry effect to dramatically increase in future patches, as this is the first time we're seeing the signed distance field tech in game.

In particular at night the lighting/GI on Lorvilles walkable area with large scenery became much better.
Don't do it man. Lorville gives you cancer, even with a civilian rebreather you inhale all kinds of nano shit. You need high grade mil-tech to survive this slum, i hope they nuke that planet someday.
