They arent harder for any reason. They are harder because you cant focus aswell on the muscle if your body isnt completely stable. Overall they are not the best exercises because of that. Doing something "hard" dont mean its good

@@eashanbirjmohun8943 if you do 5 sets of each exercise you will definitely be very fatigued halfway through your workout and your muscles will be completely destroyed which will limit you to training it 1x a week effectively
5 sets of low weight is ok but you prob won't go far. It's better to do low set high weight that you can do 10reps that will challenge you. Hope this helps 🙏😀
Yes but it’s unnecessarily high volume, I suggest 1x8-12 1xfailure lat pull-downs, 2x8-12 1xfailure barbell rows and any lat excercise of your choice 2x8-12 1xfailure. That’s all you need

@@G0LDENERA but if you're doing barbell squats then don't do the deadlift on leg day otherwise it'll lead to lower back injury in the long run
