      Yes he did 4 lats and yes he isn’t that big but he did say wide back and not thick. You train lats for width and the rest for mass and thickness

    Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets - 12 reps
    Pull Overs, 4 sets - 15 reps
    Machine Rows, 4 sets - 12 reps

    I have a question that from which size of that lat pulldown bar you are doing the exercise is it 47 or 48 inches or what is the size?

      Lower back at the end of leg day is better.

    Barbell rows and pull-ups. Every influencer avoids them because they’re the hardest.

      They arent harder for any reason. They are harder because you cant focus aswell on the muscle if your body isnt completely stable. Overall they are not the best exercises because of that. Doing something "hard" dont mean its good

Barbell rows not only hit your upper back, lats, they also hit your spinal erectors, which are a crucial determinant for overall strength that carries over to deadlifts, squats, carries, presses. Pull-ups are a marker of bodyweight strength and the best lat exercise out there, best value of time exercise. You’re just a pussy, stick to your single arm iliac Pulldowns on your stomach on the floor, the guy who puts a plate to his pull-ups will always have bigger lats than you.

      Yes but it’s unnecessarily high volume, I suggest 1x8-12 1xfailure lat pull-downs, 2x8-12 1xfailure barbell rows and any lat excercise of your choice 2x8-12 1xfailure. That’s all you need

      That’s too much instead you should focus on better form and higher reps for lower sets a total of 6-10 reps is enough

      @@eashanbirjmohun8943 if you do 5 sets of each exercise you will definitely be very fatigued halfway through your workout and your muscles will be completely destroyed which will limit you to training it 1x a week effectively

      5 sets of low weight is ok but you prob won't go far. It's better to do low set high weight that you can do 10reps that will challenge you. Hope this helps 🙏😀
