I know I remember the intro sentence and the premise of the game from an old drawing I found on the internet 10 years ago. A shame I can not find it at the moment.
@Pravus The red button on the right of the screen gives a power up depending on what ship you picked at the start of your run.

One thing I LOVE with this game's UI is that it all looks 'part of the in-game universe'. as in event the cards and such look like they are 'action activated' screen icons, not merely 'places card over gamescreen and thing happens'. It sorta removes a lot of the imersion-breaking feel that a lot of deckbuilder games can cause.
