9:40 - Little hand-holding. Very appreciated. I hate having to slodge through an hour+ of 'this is how you do this, that is how you do that'. . . Blech. Just give me an encyclopedia and I'll look it up when I'm invested.
I played the demo of this, and it was extremely fun! It seems like a super chill little city builder with *amazing* art direction and implementation. Looking forward to the full game :-)
What this game does really well is contextual interactions. Also you have to aim the cursor at the base of structures, hopefully they add the option for top or bottom selection. Me personally, I prefer how it is now.
As I heard it, the number over the building is how many jumps the resources can go. 6 goes up to 6 jumps. Soo optimizing for short jump distances - especially with harbors - is probably a big thing.
i would love to see more of this game. also you should see if your placed extractors can be upgraded as well. i mean if the outposts can be upgraded then maybe upgraded the extractors would benefit in higher yields?
*pushes up glasses* Um ackshually, that wasn't a fish but a mammal. Don't you know fish and marine reptiles tails are vertical and move left to right to swim, while mammal's tails are horizontal and move up and down swim, I mean geez even little babies know that! Sarcasm! This is sarcasm! Figured I'd lean into the meme since I really did want to share what I at least think was a cool fact! It's all about the biomechanics of which direction the spine flexes in, like how almost all reptiles (except dinos and birds) have legs out to the side of their bodies as it facilitates that side to side motion, which it then goes on to affect the rest of the body plan too. Mammals, dinos and birds on the other hand have legs directly under them, which has its own affect on the body such as allowing them to run faster for longer, heck it's what allows for the various forms of bipedalism. Alright no more being a nerd.
Actually this is after humanity left earth through portals the war basically had nothing to do with this world's look it was always an ocean world if the play falconer it tells you this in the story
good to see you’re still around, maybe a loaded question but how’s ur career outside of youtube going you seem very intelligent and i hope that life is going your way
these Content creators need to spend more than 30 minutes on a game, seriously. These lazy creators get a game before it comes out but play a very short amount of time of it.
This game is one of the most unique and inventive city builders I’ve ever seen.
agreed! Was absolutely captivated by the demo, definitely going on the wishlist when the full game releases in 4-5 days… I forget when.
I would absolutely LOVE to see a series on this where you eventually dominate the whole map!

This reminds me of Myst one of the first 3d adventure puzzle games
I’d love a citybuilder in that setting ❤
I dont really see the simillarity (exept for the walkway thing in the forest setting)

It's a solo developer so only one person working on it
You can go up and down tower floors, although thats the only thing ive found regarding that so far.

I heard the same.
Praise Pravus
This game seems like Townscaper if it where made into an actual game. Seems incredibly cool and unique.
so cool seeing more games have a demo these days, more should do it.
You have me at laser canon .

You can view inventory and your commanders on the map view, there are corresponding buttons in the upper part
I tried out the demo, its a bit confusing but its really pretty
Would love to see more of this game!
Within the world map is that an inventory tab in the top left? 🤔
I think you can look up your inventory in the map (upper left) or by pressing I.
Hay Pravus, you should try the new game ‘Norland’ it’s like CK3 mixed with RimWorld
i like this game
I would like to see you playing Mindustry
13:35 Is that the Disco Elysium Narrator?
Pravus you gotta try Manor lord its really good medieval city builder game
You should try The Battle of Polytopia. (Maybe even make guides on it.)

Actually this is after humanity left earth through portals the war basically had nothing to do with this world's look it was always an ocean world if the play falconer it tells you this in the story
I was really hoping you would figure out how to get Resource extractors because me not being able to find Resource extractors is why I stopped playing
#PRAISEPRAVUS
Inventory is accessed through the map
Harbors can have three routes connected to them at once
Three routes or up to three captains on one route?
I believe 3 for one route. so 2 transport and one esscort ship@@CowCommando
@@CowCommando ah shit I don't know, I'll update my original comment when I figure it out
@@spheroid-collective Splattercat put three ships in one port in his video.
I’m heavily considering picking this up how is the replay ability?

Make a Sandbox mode game play
then you are on the map screen you have an inventory and a soul tree button (left top corner). what are they for?
that's a bit of a stupid question isn't it?
