    Fatty meat also improves the hormone balance with high quality of protein and fat. Walking, hiking and training improves the quality of sleep. If you don't eat the proper human diet, don't move and breath enough your sleep will be miserable
    It's so simple - just reduce use of digital tools and start to enjoy your life

    As men age, our production of testosterone tapirs of in step with muscle tissue loss. Yet, no mention of that connection.

      I would prefer to cycle outside in nature. The influence of fresh air and sunlight helps a lot more your health and gives a lot more motivation
      But a stationary bike can help for the beginning and while bad weather
