I have had 2 jaw surgeries and in 4 months I'm having another; all my neck and shoulder muscles have become weaker due to my broken jaw and am trying to exercise even when in bed as I don't want to keep losing muscle. Thanks for this video ❤❤
I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis. I'm currently non weight-bearing & my left wrist hurts like hell. Entire left side significantly weaker. I hope, with exercises, I will get stronger. In a lift chair 24/7 at the mo. I'm gonna TRY at least. THANK YOU for making these videos. ❤
I have EDS and had ankle surgery. I have bad atrophy so finding this makes me happy. because I can't even drive because the atrophy has my leg and ankle so weak
I have a form of muscular dystrophy, this is good stuff, I've been to manhy physios that don't seem to customise exercise to muscular atrophy. I like the change in postive language/mental re-focusing as morale is easy to lose at times but the atrophy never stops. How would you suggest for some of these leg exercises if one can't get off a seat without pushing off with hands?

Is it reduce or reverse ??? There’s a huge difference.
Huge difference both in reducing and reversing muscle loss processes !
@@SunilSharma-re1hqthat was my point. It says one thing in the title and one thing on the thumbnail.
Anyone suffering knee issues will welcome both reducing and reversing muscle loss ! 🙏

You’ll need a caring family member, friend, or physical therapist to aid you. 😊🫂

I would also like to know this.

I find it easier to get up from a wheelchair than a chair.

Is atrophy from a cast permanent? I have heard depending on how long it was immobile it is.
A wheeled, spinny chair like this is very dangerous for me. I have a four-legged chair with arms that is much safer.
Thank you!!
Have you got any exercises just for the legs?
