    Thank you! This is a great recipe. Three things that make it perfect: 1. Season the chicken 2 hours in advance. 2. When making the sauce, strain the onion and garlic out to get a silkier sauce like the restaurant. 3. Let the onions, garlic, wine and lemon liquid cool, when all other dinner items are ready, warm it up on low and wisk in butter as it warms. Once the butter is melted turn of the heat. This keeps the sauce from breaking. Thanks again!

      What can you replace the wine with?

      @@kosyalasubro3608 Nothing will be a 1:1 replacement for the flavor of the white wine but you can substitute it for a slightly different flavor. If alcohol is your concern you could use non-alcoholic white wine. Other common replacements for white wine are chicken broth, white wine vinegar (1/2 white wine vinegar and 1/2 water), apple juice, or white grape juice. Note that the apple juice and white grape juice will have the biggest difference in flavor but will add a sweetness.

    I did try your recipe exactly as posted and absolutely surprised myself on how wonderful it was. It definitely reminded me of the dish I enjoy so much at Carrabba's, and is not difficult to make. Two things I picked up from your video I think are most important; Number 1; (and most important) for just about anything a successful home chef will do is to always practice mise en place (ready all ingredients and portions needed before starting) and Number 2; the timing of the sauce prep and grilling of the chicken. Reducing the sauce on a low fire while grilling the chicken is key for the timing success of this recipe. I mention this because I think you perhaps should have placed a little more emphasis here for less experienced home chefs. Thank you for taking the time to create this video. And oh yes, I think your video setup is very good, maybe work a little on the lighting. Thanks again.

    This is the exact recipe I found and love. Take the extra step of marinating the chicken in a little bit of liquid smoke/oil 🤤

      We don't have to marinate our chickens at the restaurants. We use a grill base with a brush that is mixed with a bunch of different herbs and oil put together. It is brushed onto the chicken on top of woodfire grill that makes it flame. This is why you will not get the same flavor because you were not grilling it over a wood fire.

    On the 12th of December 2024, I tried Chicken Bryan dinner for the first time Carabba's Restaurant and I got hooked with it under my skin. I'll be feasting on it for a very long time. "Delicious & Wonderful" are under words to describe "CHICH BRYAN"!!!!!!! ...I certainly enjoyed this teaching session and I'll surely try it because "I AM A FREAK IN THE KITCHEN"

    I made this and it was delicious! I had to buy the pan you have. I just wanted to mention that a stick of butter is 4 ounces. You said 8 so I was confused. 8 ounces would be two sticks of butter. Also, it took longer than 4 1/2 minutes on each side to thoroughly cook the chicken. But I was able to figure things out. I will definitely make this dish again and again! Thanks!

    I just made this and it was insane 😊 it’s tasted better than Carrabba’s in my opinion. I was able to add more of the sauce then Carrabba’s and it literally shot endorphins through my whole body at the first bite 🎉🌹 Thankyou for this recipe 😁

    Made this tonight and it was very good. I did find the amount of white pepper to be a bit overpowering (spicy). I would recommend using one teaspoon instead of one tablespoon in the future but that is just my taste. I also added some mushrooms and a bit of cream at the end. Thanks again.

    I'm sorry to say that this recipe didn't work for me. I tried it twice to make sure I got it right. It doesn't look or taste like the original Chicken Bryan. It is tasty but not what I expected.
