That part about the texture of the food is spot on. I've noticed this myself. I am literally unable to eat rye bread without cheese these days. Unless there's something to fill its role with the texture.

The course looks like something that would help me get started as a trainer. I've been in group fitness for 5 years and am starting to do PT at Onelife Fitness where I've worked since 2011. I'm not interested in starting my own business. Would the course still be worth while? Thanks so much for the videos, so much great info.

Have you addressed in a video yet about the regulations between personal training and creating diet plans? I feel this video on its own may leave people thinking it's a normal thing for personal trainers to be able to prescribe diets.
Jacob Barnhart he's not prescribing. He's just helping them cut back & make healthy swaps. He's not telling them specific foods & amounts. I know it can be a fine line in professional business. But I see this as no different than talking to a friend about nutrition. I've listened to alot of pros & they all talk about eating better.
