the 1'st and only time that i watched this good soft war movie was in 1973' and it bothered me that i never found the book or ever get to read it but it is still out there just a matter of luck and finding it
to Hollywood, there were always protestants in Italy. and they came when the Sweden protestants started a war to remove the Catholic Church from Europe completely and replace it with there. it failed because the protestant would also have fights among themselves. I met two sisters who were born in Italy and married two American soldiers. they did their DNA ancestry and found out they had no bloodline from Italy at all. it was from Sweden and another places. they said they were mad at the fact that they had to listen to the people there every weekend during "football" time screaming and jumping in their apartment above them. they were protestants and I explain how they ended up there but also told them that they would of had to deal with "football" fans in their ancestors' country as well since that sport is popular all over Europe. be thankful they live in a house and not an apartment.
