For Tinker, I think Laser should have a slow so you can pair it with MotM. It's either the slow is built-in for free, or you can get it from purchasing either Aghs shard/scepter, if not via a talent. Ideally, you'd still need Dagger to initiate well. Essentially, cast defense matrix on yourself, blink in, laser the target, and then cast MotM, or cast MotM first then Laser them.
With the Visage facet there should be toggle betwean manual/automatic control... so ppl have the option to not macro, but can swap to manual when needed and split push or something.
I don't see a way to play tinker atm. He lost a nuke and his item rearm and he only got march for it. Its not a very good trade since idk what he'll actually be doing besides sucking up farm from carries without anything to show for it. Meanwhile Techies can have 4 neutral items.
Why show armor as a flat amount and then have a % value hidden for physical resistance... But show magic resistance as the % value straight up? Seems like they left in a middleman that could be cut. Or they forgot to add a "magic res" flat stat. Either way, it seems inconsistent.
2:26:59 with at lv30 with Bloodthorn, Disperser, Windwaker and Headband, Tinker's BKB is a 32 second cooldown. Bloodthorn is 100% uptime, and adding eBlade gives it a 3 second downtime. Seems Tinker is more of a carry tbh
Tinker is a ridiculous offlaner now. Shivas + Greaves makes you absurdly tanky and you do decent damage. You can also guarantee the enemy safelane HAS to use mana to get last hits while keeping you and your support alive. He also pushes pretty hard with the heal bots facet.
The vortex talent just seems very underwhelming on storm, but the one with moving remnants just makes the hero awkward to use. Maybe they should make it so it triggers the amount of auto attacks corespondent to level of the ability, so 4 at max lvl of vortex. As of rn I consider storm to not have a facet at all. Compared so some heroes like legion or shaman he has definitely got a short end of the stick.

I kinda dislike these innates that are lvled up as normal abilities... i wish they will make them all like PAs evasion - instead of scaling with Blur, just make them scaling with lvls. Kunkka for example, instead of lvling up Tidebringer, just give him 100% passive Tidebringer that gets better with every 5lvls or something.
@@milkworms7839 Yea, it would. But that is not a problem at all... we have a lot of extra abilities hiden under aghs/shard/talents... they can be regular buffs while the ability becomes a real spell. On the other hand now these heroes does not get anything once they lvlup the innate abbility. A lot of heroes gets some kind of bonus for the whole game, but these gets something for the first few lvls - once I upgrade Tidebringer once, it does not matter that it was innate before.

the veno aghs per debuff is interesting because radiance, shivas, skadi, glepnir, hex are all debuffs as well, you can easily get a 8 debuffs making 120% of base damage, sounds good
His wards' poison sting is a separate debuff which may count as one more in that calculation. Meaning you could get 4 debuffs with veno's spells alone => 80 % increase
Kinda surprising that bloodseeker can automatically push his attack target AND himself with his 1st facet, but spirit breaker's 2nd facet doesn't have something similar for his bash. Knocking someone way back with a random proc and having to walk over to them feels clumsy.

Wouldn’t that mean making a new ability for most of those characters? Blur did other things besides give evasion, tidebringer just cleaves.
