watching this in the 2020 public education system where the drop out rate is so high and those who do graduate probably have at best a 4th grade understanding of grammar and language...these minds are on a different planet...now to be fair, many occupations do not need such an efficient use of language, but if you are in that arena, plan on improvement as the norm.

Facile writing is not always labored. Like anything, some people are naturals, and some have to work. I do believe facility with English is within every lawyer's reach, though.
