Deliberately writing and performing a sketch so bad it goes all the way around and becomes good is almost impossible. (30 Rock pulled it off several times.)

Taxation, like all state policy, is enforced via a threat of violence. If a person doesn't like the policies that their tax funds are made to finance, the only means of redress is to appeal to the state It's a pretty sucky situation. Of course, I'd pay out the nose for Kids in the Hall.
Kevin McDonald as an adult baby is viscerally upsetting. This sketch is genius.
