When I was in elementary school, I ripped off this skit to write my own "original" story for class. I got a perfect score and the teacher even read it to the class. I am sorry Mrs. Dingle. I was just a big fan.
Those sketch comedy flying ragdolls will ALWAYS be funny to me. Unless I have to decide between them, or the beard. In that case, *the beard stays* , and the sketch comedy flying ragdolls *go*
Or you could just be like billions of grown ass men who decide to stop shaving not let the beard become who they are. Something only becomes a problem when you talk about it excessively. This is why hipsters ruin everything.
Notice at 2:22 his robe is made from the same material as the curtains behind him...wonder if that was intentional or the costume designer ran out of fabric...

The thing is, I was too young to understand comedy, so I saw it as being very disturbing. I might have even ran out of the room. Up until then I had just watched Sesame Street and The Chipmunks. God, these guys are brilliant. So much more creative than their contemporaries at the time!

Actually, this reminds me that Stacy Keach was in an episode of either the Outer Limits or the reboot of the Twilight Zone where his hair takes over. I think they were like alien worms or something that seemed like luxuriant hair growth therapy but burrowed into his brain.
This is really a perfect film from them. Hilarious premise, well executed, clever ending. One of their best.
God, I love Kevin. He's just amazing at everything he does! His voice, his facial expressions...the man's a comedy genius.

Beard oil or balm helps with the initial itch and makes it less scratchy. Ask your barber for some.
