I've had Ameriglo sights on an M&P. Good quality. I'm just a consumer of XS Big Dots. I now have those on every handgun that could be considered a defensive use firearm that I own.

Nice review with good camera work. I went out of the box and got a CAP lumigreen front with the i-Dot rear for my g45. It's dope. Hard to pick between orange and lumigreen. Have orange spartans on everything else

Great Video 76 👍. I love Ameriglo's and I love Night Fision . Theres so many Great Options . Right now I am a Big Night Fision fan . I like the Quality of the Night Fision Sights and I feel the Front sight is better then the Ameriglo in regards to the bright color Material . I just bought From Night Fision the Supressor Hight Sights for my G 17 Gen 5 M.O.S. for $99.00 and that to me is a Pretty Good Deal . the Ameriglo's are Cheaper , but there lower and do not Co Witness as Good as the Night Fisions or Trijicons do. And the Paint Quality on some of mine as Chipped off on my Orange Front sights . I Still have No problem using them on my Firearms , they are a great deal !!! But i just like the Quality of the Night Fision better for now . And the Yellow are my Favorite Color with either Sight . I have Children as you do , and Saving some Money is Always a very important Consideration when it comes to are Firearms and Accessories . Although are oldest is in the USMC now over in Okinawa , Japan So were saving a Little on Him , Except shipping costs for Gifts and Care Packages 😂 Nice Job 1776 , and have a Very Blessed Weekend .

Ameriglo bolds or agents are the best sights out for the Gen 5 Glock's in my opinion. Quality and the poa/poi is excellent. Good upload

@@dancruze these days? A red dot with blacked out suppressor heights. Between these two is still what id go with for traditional sights and id probably go with bolds over agents. Both are excellent though

Well I got good news. I just ordere a pair of the night sights with orange and they were on sale but I think Lone Wolf might have been on the high side of price list anyhow. $78 so I snapped them up with 2 17 mags, and 2 12 mags all glock and all metal for $190 which is exactly half of what I paid for their home my glock 26. along with the 10 and 15 mags that came with it I am now done. Well besides getting a 19, or 17. Was gonna pick up the 19 at this pawn shop where prices were down 20pct on top of allready low prices but dude told me I should get the 26 and if I didnt like it which he thought I would, and do, that I could always trade across for a 19 because they were more available. He was right about it all. Im not a glock fanatic but it is a damn fine piece of engineering. Dammit I always run on but Thank you guys and the page for letting me know the sights are good and I expect Ill love them too.

I only put tridium night sights on my carry guns, which are sub-compact handguns. All my bigger handguns and range handguns I use Dawson Precision Fiber Optic front sights with blackout rear sights. That is what works best for me.

Range Randy agreed. I'd carry fiber optics on a carry gun, I just feel night sights are more rugged

Great video! Oh dude that is the ticket! Ameriglo by far! Tritium front and rear as my option. Didn't care that Springfield put only in the front. I have a XDS first gen or mod1, front and rear and it is a fantastic set up.

Heinie Straight-8 came on one of my 1911, good but I prefer Ameriglo. After trying Heinie, Dawson and other brands, I put Ameriglo I-dot pro (yellow) w/u-notch on my M&P 2.0 and love them so much, I'm in the process of putting them on all my guns, without Red Dots. For those I have white (narrow) suppressor height, don't want color to interfere with the red dot. Btw, high-viz yellow is the easiest to pick-up with the human eye. Just look at all the road workers switching from orange to yellow, and has nothing to do with rank like on an aircraft carrier...and look at how the high-viz yellow emergency signs POP OUT!

I carry the first Gen XD-S with 4 inch barrel and I have the stock sights on it simply because I haven't been able to afford to change sights. With that said I did change the fiber optic front sight from red to green and I put a little dot of black paint on the dots on the rear. I personally do like the amriglow sights especially having a high vis night sight on front with a completely black rear sight with no dots. I find that I shoot more accurate and faster that way but I also carry a light on my gun at all times so the green fiberoptic front sight and blacked out rear works fine for me.

I have a factory blue label Glock 26 9mm gen 5 with Ameriglo 3 dot sights. They work well. I buy Trijicon HD orange on a few guns. They are steel & hold up well.

The flush beavertail backstrap on the gen4/5s are a blessing in disguise. U can cut it in half to help with the grip angle and give a beavertail to get that front sight back down.
Ameriglo offers so many different options it's hard not to like them. They also understand a thin front sight and wider rear notch help with quick acquisition.

Here's a review, I put Ameriglo night sights on my pistol and am relatively happy with them, however, recently I put Trijicon night sights on my girlfriend's pistol and after doing so, I compared both setups side by side, without question Trijicon was brighter and crisper. The Trijicon sights are only $25.00 more than Ameriglo and if I had it to do over again I would definitely go with Trijicon...!

Great review I have night sights on most of my firearms great for low light situations but for Barker situations that you're going to need a flash light the fiber optic sights work well too.😎👍

I just moved. My cable guy said buy a gun. Havent shot in years (hvbeen citified). Took a class, learned finger and grip, am out at the range 3 days a week (ish) today I get an email about night sights for my firearm. I used to use ameriglo to but bought some meprolight mh3 that I can't find on UA-cam. But they are very nice sights. They have the three dot night sights but the two in the back are not seen in the daylight

The Ameriglo Spartan Operators are my favorite sites. I like them better than Trijicons because of their lower profile rear site. These are the same sites that Glock also puts on a lot of their stock night sight package guns.

I bought a USA 🇺🇸 model Glock 26 gen 5 9mm in 2020 with 3 dot Ameriglo. The firearm has held up well, Blue Label Glock 🚑🚒🚓. I like the orange dot.

I had Trijicon HD sights on my first Beretta PX4 Compact. Nice sights.
I wanted to try fiber optics on my new one. But couldn't find any for that model. I don't think anybody makes them.
So I ordered another set of Trijicon HDs. But then learned that the Langdon Compact Carry version comes with Ameriglo sights. I checked a couple videos as to why Earnest Langdon chose Ameriglos.
Turns out, in addition to having a mechanical advantage over the HDs, the Ameriglos from Langdon Tactical are $60 less. And I knew they were the correct model for my gun.

I'm not a huge fan of fiber style sights in general. I'd think the thin tube could crack or break in a lethal force event. 😬 I did recently add new TFX Pro orange sights to my used Glock 41 gen 4. I like that design & feel like the steel design will hold up to ccw, carry.

I bought a set of the plain black Ameriglo suppressor sights to put on a milled G-19 slide. They are awful to use in sunlight, very reflective. I found that at twenty yards the point of impact was roughly 5 inches low. I had two other guys shoot it to see if it was me and they had the same result. Amarillo did not impress me.

I like the Ameriglo nightsights I own the XDs mod 2. My only complaint is that I have to flash a light at the sight in order to get the yellow ring to glow. The center dot will glow nonstop I just think you would get a better sight if the entire sight lit up without the use of flashlights.

Trijicon quality for the poors which is a win/win imo especially when u have several guns to switch sights on (and lets face it almost all stock sights on handguns suck)...i like ameriglos, but i prefer xs & trij bc the sights tend to be taller than the ameriglos that Ive seen...

Joker3421 why would you want taller sights? All that does is throw off your poi/poa. These ameriglo' actually shoot a true poa/poi unlike trijicon

@@hurt1704 Just personal preference. Its faster for me acquiring/lining up the shot. I am more accurate and more comfortable with them. I find with lower sights it takes me longer to seperate the sights from the back of the slide while searching to get on that front sight post. It's not for every one as you pointed out, but as Big J always says 31 flavors for a reason. I even said AmeriGlos rock as well. I almost bought a set of their suppressor height sights for my 19 with an rmr but a friend of mine gave me a set of sights for free...

Amerigo has always had excellent sights, especially the agent sights which are very close to HD but without the premium price. Hopefully now that Trijicon owns them their prices remain reasonable. Great content as usual.. (Where are those 10k subs) 👍

I use Trijicon HD orange sights on my firearms. Glock 22 gen 4 & my 2.0 M&P .40 model. Steel night sights are robust, easy to see at night.

I have a S&W Shield 9 EZ that is my daily carry 80% of the time. It has the original 3 white dot sights that come with it. I am now 65+ and wear bifocals and find that have a harder time picking up the sights quick and clear. Any suggestions on change of sights for that gun. Something that is visible at night too is great. I know my guns just never been into custom sights or needed them until now.

Now will the one's you have on your 19x still work with a Blackhawk Sepra holster CQC style. I am on the fence on these but not sure if there will be enough clearance to fit my holster. Don't want to have to find a different holster.

Which suppressor height sights are those? They have general XL, 2XL, 3XL and 5XL. I have a G45 MOS that I am wanting a lower 1/3 co-witness on and everything I have been able to find says 3XL is needed for the MOS with a RMR.

@@BaylorPeak based on my research, Ameriglo GL-682 should 100% co witness with Vortex Venom on a MOS slide. Already ordered one. Hope this help sir. Thank you.

I have the exact same G19 MOS with the vortex Venom RDS and the same red apex trigger. I am curious about getting some different suppressor height sights, I have some Ameriglo GL-507 and they're tall enough to co-witness. But the front sight post is a very skinny blade and has no dot or any marking. I really want some sights like the one on your 19 MOS with that bright orange dot, but it looks like they're not quite tall enough to co-witness. Can anyone Suggest any other options?
