- The Jackie & Daria Update is Spiritfarer's biggest free content update yet! It introduces a new island to explore, two new Spirits to befriend, a new event, and more!
The Jackie & Daria Update will be available on December 13th, 2021 as a free download for owners of the game across all systems, including Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4, Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Stadia.
I am incredibly excited. The continued support for this incredible game just proves how great thunder lotus are as devs. Can't wait to play the update!

Seriously excited, a whole new island and 2 characters? What a treat for fans. I've been anxiously awaiting content updates before the holidays. I need the tranquility of Spiritfarer during this hectic time of the year.
Nice, like the idea of added focus on platforming and using her instrument a bit more.

I just got this game a week ago and I'm now just about to complete the current story. Imagine my surprise when I found out this game receives continuous updates! What fantastic timing because I've held off on sending off Beverly, Stanley, and Gustav because they give such good stuff!

This was a nice surprise to see in my sub box. Hopefully this is the update that can cement this as my favorite game.

For anyone reading this, if you're trying to get the achievement/trophy of getting everyone into ecstatic mood you have to keep Atul and Gustav on your boat, because you can't build a house for Daria and she would just be sleeping the whole time when she gets on the boat.
Since the update is so recent I couldn't find any info regarding that matter, so I hope that helps!
You don't actually need Daria to be ecstatic to get the achiviement! Probably because she is only a temp roommate until you get to the everdoor 😄 I know because I never got her ecstatic and still the achiviement popped up 😊
But! Yes Gustav or Atul is important to keep around, especially because of Elena who hates room improvements and hugs 😂

I'd just recently gotten this game for my Switch. Not having looked into the game since I didn't wanna risk spoiling myself on important things, I thought it'd been long enough that the game was done getting content updates, but then I see this!

I can't figure out how to play Daria's song. I hold down yellow and I play Gwen's song and nothing happens.
Are you at the part where you play the song outside Daria's home? If that's the case, you'll notice some stuff similar to what is in Daria's room (those colored square things). When they light up like something selectable, press your key to play the guitar. You'll play the song you hear in Daria's room and get things started.
you can only play daria’s theme in specific spots
