Do you have any advice for losing weight? I try to eat healthy and I’m able to find things I like and enjoy that are healthy but the taste of many things that I wish I enjoyed never taste good. It’s also hard to lose weight because I get up at 5:30am as a student and have to sit down for 80% of the time I am there and once I get home at 4 I’m too drained to exercise. I try to eat less as well but it feels like I can’t seem to count my calories accurately so not much change happens.
@@user-lg6qr2bh9f If you go to school in person, if you can take the stairs instead of elevator that's one way to get more physical activity. Or park further away in parking lots.
@@user-lg6qr2bh9f as a student myself, I would suggest just taking the stairs or trying to drink more water (in between breaks or whenever. I take heavy notes so I understand not being able to drink during class). With food, honestly… maybe just try to buy pre-made protein shakes or drink smoothies in the morning? You can also plan dinners ahead of time. A rice cooker was my savior (made rice and put frozen veggies at the top tray to steam while the rice cooked). A lot of people suggest bulk cooking for multiple days as well. I would try just adding more veggies into your dinner. Also, just really try to set aside a time at night (after classes) to workout or even just do yoga/meditation. I HIGHLY suggest taking any sort of sport/fitness class you can.

I’m in highschool and ride my bicycle a lot which is good workout and now I started bench pressing more and already started improving and set a max of 180 which has been fun and do want to start squatting soon but keep on going to gym and keep on improving your doing great 👍🇺🇸 💪

Can you talk about how to gain confidence in the gym as a newbie? For example i feel like doing squats is soo embarassing to try! I always just do them in the smith machine when I really want to do it with free weights..
You just have to go into it not worrying about what other people are thinking. Most times everyone is just worried about their own workouts! and don’t be afraid to ask someone that looks like they know what they’re doing for help. Once you get familiar with it you’ll be able to do it with confidence!! Try it with just the free bar first! You got this💪🏻
