Claud I always appreicate how you eat such a balanced, intuitive diet where you don't avoid certain foods, label them as good or bad, or restrict! As someone who used to suffer from Orthorexia many years ago, it's always refreshing when youtubers promote intuitive eating!💚 Always love your content! 💚 Also I love the idea of a "jeep wave!"
