      Patellar tendonitis is an easy fix, just make sure you have a lot of geletin/collagen and vitamin C in your diet, and do spanish squat isometric holds, 5 sets of 50 second holds. Add weight as you progress to strengthen the pattelar tendon.

    For those of you who don't know it's better to train for at least a year on your legs without any weights. Weights lifting on the knees and legs is why so many kids today have ACL and meniscus tears. Do the same exercises without the weights. When you do master those exercises add lite weights bi-daily to your workout. Better to do more reps without weights then over stretch the muscles in your legs with weights. That's all weights do is stretch your muscles to their maximum capacity. Calisthenics expand how far your muscles can stretch. Expanding your muscles elasticity.

    • @know2493
      @know2493 2 роки тому +1

      you need plyometrics to enhance the fast twitch muscle fibers in your legs. Strength doesn't help your jump if you don't know how to compress all that strength into one lightning fast motion.

    i hate this youtube community around vertical jumping, all about getting higher and higer as fast as possible, no focus on health, landing an the much more important things for sustainable athletisim.... change your mind guys or have fun getting injured over time.... (same thing drill: 11:00)

      And the very effective workout is any kind of squat 100% sure. My tip is go run faster to the rim and go jump verticaly you need your 100% speed that you can.
