Sometimes I get a little annoyed when certain channels blow up because of gimmicks or lame trends, but Dan is the polar opposite of that. This man is so consistent with writing & posting that it really is a great example of what focused consistency can really do on any platform. His sub count will be at least 500k by summer 2023

The fact that I watched this entire video beginning to end without losing focus for a second speaks to the level of mastery Dan has when it comes to copy... no b-roll, fast cuts or flashy editing, the value of his words in combination with his delivery kept me focused in a way no video has in quite a while!

Something that compeletely changed my output was using a Pomodoro timer and working on 25min segments.
The difference is night and day for me, and I find it much easier to start and be consistent.
Always do a 25 session every day on my channel even if that is just researching other creators.

      @@amalksuresh286 I never counted.
For me a good day is when I've been enjoying my work and feel I've progressed.
How much I've done is secondary since I'll do what I can that day and I put enjoying it over how ms y sessions.
If o don't enjoy it after one or two sessions I'll stop since I won't be producing the way I want to produce :)
      If that makes sense?
It would ofc be different if I was on some kind of absolute deadline. But I consider enjoying and feeling good when I do my own stuff most important since the result is better then.

I’m way outside your demographic but with each video I watch I can’t help but thinking THIS is what my mompreneur audience needs to hear.
We’re raising humans and need simple, clear, ways to build our businesses and free up time to live and parent without the pressure of the hamster wheel many of us wind up on.

Dan, you are by far the single greatest discovery I have ever made on the internet.
Thank you for the years of effort you have clearly put in to not only research and experiment with so many fields, but also aggregate your discoveries into such articulate and interesting videos, newsletters, and courses.
I feel so similar to you in so many ways and felt for so long like there was something wrong with me for having so many interests and wanting to pursue them all, like I had shiny object syndrome and an inability to focus on one thing long enough to build a successful like around it.
I am a pro golfer and have explored fitness, nutrition, meditation, sleep, recovery, gratitude, and the whole myriad of typical self improvement modalities as well as some other obscurities, all through the lens of improving myself mentally, physically, and spiritually for golf.
Virtually everyone I have ever encountered, including my management team and inner circle, has chastised me for over thinking and over analyzing my life and content and not being able to pick one niche and I have always rejected this advice but struggled to prove to people that I could build a successful personal brand centered around not one, but all of my unique interests and passions that I’ve explored over the last decade.
After signing up for all of your paid and free products the past few days and religiously note taking on tons of your videos, I feel more confident than ever that I can bridge the gap between where I currently am (with a large following over 1.5M but no products to offer them or any way of monetizing besides brand deals) to the life of my dreams which would be virtually identical to yours where I consistently improve myself and explore my curiosities and then pass down that knowledge to my audience in a valuable and understandable way to help them achieve the same goals I am pursuing.
I’ve been struggling with how to do this for the better part of five years but have been taking advice from people who haven’t actually done the things I want to do. I am so excited to start my journey of learning alongside you and creating some truly valuable information products this year.
Best of luck in 2023 and thanks again bro!

When kids come into the equation it’s so hard to just ‘eliminate’ the distractions. Of course it’s just a matter of planning my time around them so I can be totally present when I’m with them, totally focused when they’re not around and fully maximise that time as short bursts of productivity or exploration.

When a single video sums up all your faults and defaults 🙌 . And no wonder why this video has only 2 lakh views instead of 2.3 millionish is because everyone is busy feeding their subconscious self , this level of acoomodation requires intense level of consciousness and you know that our ego hates consciousness. Our subconscious is 90% which means most of the people are 90 percent on autopilot . Well with your applied techniques it doesn't mean we are complety aware of our every next move ,we have just updated our program , like we are better robots now than we were born and coded to. Many people prefer being that and not wanna put effort to update their program. This video covered every single aspect of problems with the whole traditional system. I am just going to see it every now and then to fully get it in my subconscious and Will start acting . Also another reason that why still people prefer their old long hour workday is that they don't have clear goals and hobbies ,they haven't planned what they exactly wanna do after 4 hours of work , this fear keeps them from changing they just wanna end the day like an ostrich dumping it's head in the ground pretending that everything is okay. But whats their mistake is that lack of awareness that your brain itself is so powerful and creative , which you don't even realize and underestimate yourself, that it will start giving you all the ideas and actions to take in those 12 remaining hours. Perfectvideo man appreciate it , I just wanted to summarize it for myself.

The notion of Rest as "regenerating mental energy through non-work related activities" made my day.
I would go even beyond that. I find that even doing another kind of work, not related to your "day job" helps me rest. Like something more creative, or a training course over something else etc....
    Good stuff,

Hi Dan! That's a cool video. I really like your videos, but because of the language barrier, I can't watch them without subtitles. I don't understand why the new video doesn't have subtitles. Regards.
