Brilliant video. I learned so much in 2 hours. 1/4 boat review, 1/4 navigation and operational demo, 1/4 travelvlog, and 1/4 foodvlog. Thank you, Igor!
Thanks Permag!
I watched it also the full length, very informative, learned a lot, as if I was with you
Igor is the man for me, I'm learning so much!! God bless
I have watched so many sailing channels for over 5 years now... and I have to say, Igor's video formats are perfect and raw footage , very authentic sailing experience . Thanks Igor
Thanks Alex 🙏👍🍻
Igor your brilliant. Love how you show us how all the navigation systems work in real time your a natural teacher. Also you’re got great sense of humor, keep up the great job 👏 👏👏
Thanks Geoff!
It's now 2022 January and I'm STILL laughing . . . how do I stop? Which bedroom?
I watched the whole 2 hours, 38 min and 37 seconds. Usually my attention would last about 15 min at best for this type of video. But your presentation was entertaining and informative. It painted a great picture. Also the food looked great.
Thanks!
I was about to write exactly the same!!!!! Again from me then, thanks Igor for the great video! Instant subscriber! 👏👏👏
You don’t have life or what?
@@HOMAKiNGh7k I'm retired. I have a great life. Free and financially set.
@@HOMAKiNGh7k😂😂😂 u have to say this huh 😮😂
Nice to see a professional at work. This video showed clearly the added value you have for the owners and for everyone who wants to do a journey like this, but lacks the experience. Also great to see you take safety serious. Great job.
Thanks Dave!
One of the best sailing Videos I ever saw! Learned a lot!
Thank you, Igor, and keep on doing this great job!
It is good to see that ex „Great Circle“ has got so sympathetic new owners.
Wünsche euch immer eine Handbreit Wasser unterm Kiel!!
Thanks Arnold!
Thanks Igor, that was a really enjoyable video, very informative with the mountaineering gear, and the need to keep exercising, resistance bands are great on a boat. Also thanks to the owners for their participation in the video, showing what a delivery with owners really should be, getting involved, standing watches, and really learning about the boat, I hope they are having the time of their lives in it, a Lagoon 52 flybridge is my "lottery" boat.....
Thanks 🙏 They are cruising now all over Mediterranean 👍
Brilliantly done. How to captivate even non sailors for 2hrs and 40 min is quite amazing.. never would of thought I could sit through such a video.
Thanks Christopher 🍻
Totally captivated by your easy and natural ability to explain everything simply and accurately. Usual I flick through these videos after 5 or 10 minutes and move onto something else with in the sailing world. Looking forward to your next. Thank you Igor,, and crew, great cooking. Brilliant.
Thanks 🙏🍻
Many thanks , must say video much better than most ,clear commentary and much more about actual sailing and prefer listening to the sounds of the boat the sea and the wind than it being drowned out with constant loud music . Excellent.
Thanks Paul!
I really like this guy doing the cooking. Quiet and professional
The best food!
That was one of the most interesting journeys I have experienced on YT, thank you. The dialogue was clear and easy to follow and the video was equally as descriptive to follow the talking. The English breakfast was great, I would have added some fried/grilled tomatoes and toasted bread, maybe some fried mushrooms. The food you had cooked for you looked so good I could almost smell it. Thank you really great experience.
Thanks Malcolm!
This is the first time for 3 years that I have got up late for my work.
Great video, 👍 enjoyed it a lot.
Thank you.
Thanks David 🍻
I was glued to this video artfully balancing navigation ,practical tips, performance, food and more.
then 3 hours had gone by and I wanted more. One of the best passage video , bravo.
Thanks 🍻
You are so right about rubber bands workouts! I use them for more then 20 years now and I can take them with me while I am traveling to other places without going to a gym.
I have been using them for 6 months as they become widely avilable here. As good as weights or better for some exercises.
I watched it all and enjoyed everything.
You are a wonderful skipper and such an interesting host.
I always learn from your adventures.
Thank you so much.
Thanks Musa🍻
That was the best sailing vlog I have watched so far. Thanks Igor!
Thanks Tuan!
I was not expecting Mar Menor! Gunner cooking ability shined even on vlog with the ability to sail! I like the way you point out the pro and con of each sailboat!
Thanks! Gunner is the best cook!
I love your editing ! Waves ... view ... instruments .... food ... people ...repeat .
Very friendly and calming and informative !
Great stuff ! Great crew !
Thanks Stephen 🍻
Such a beautiful boat. I hope to sail one just like it someday. Thank you for the tour & other tidbits, Igor!
Thanks Chris!
There is so much good information here, thank you so much!
Thanks Suzann!
Thanks for these videos man! I really enjoy these because they are such a change of pace from the typical " UA-cam couple Sailboat crisis of the week" videos. These are a day in the life of a sailor with tons of great shots and some fairly educational content.
Thanks Louis!
I agree, I love the reality of the video compared to the influencer/sailors who over produce their videos.
Loving your commentary. As someone that has just done his Day Skipper theory this is a very informative video. Thank you.
Thanks!
This trip was so interesting, Igor you are the man as far as sailing. I wish I was on the water again because the ocean is in my blood. I just love it and you were so informative about everything . Thank yo so much .
Thanks Gail!
I’m sad the journey is over. Thanks so much for sharing such good information and humour and scenery.
Thanks Tony!
Fantastic trip, skipper, cook, crew and of course boat! Thank you for bringing me along for the spin. SkipRay, Kerry, Ireland.
Thanks 🙏
A great video Igor, some wise words on the right of way and how it should be looked at . really enjoyed watching this
Thanks😊
This boat looks like leaving at home completely 🥰 💞 👌 🥰
I love your videos so much, I learn, I laugh and I want to watch again as soon as they finish. Thank you
Thanks Tabby!
This is a great channel, far better than most other sailing channels. It is almost criminal to see he got so few subs. Lots of useful information about sailing!
Thanks!
Every time Igor says "code zero", take a drink.
Great video this mate, full tour of the boat, never seen the electronics and how the AIS works like you showed us..... with a great chef on board too, well done 👍👍👍
Thanks Andy!
This is fantastic, thank you for an amazing journey
Thanks!
Igor... My Friend.... I am so glad I found you. Your videos are so informative and yet fun to watch. Seriously, I ve been watching many sailing channels. I could tell from the first 10 minutes that you go way and beyond to share everything you know, with a real genuine passion and motivation to teach and share your knowledge and experience. You are the man... I love you :)
Thanks 🙏
This is the first time I have watched a long video with out skip. Thanks bro. I I wish one day sailing like this.
Thanks Jeyahash!
Igore koji si ti meni kralj!
🙂
Thank you Igor, always enjoy your tours 🇦🇺
Thanks 🍻
Thanks for your video Igor. The regular switch between the chart plotter and outside view was so great. For my Yachtmaster I had to plan sailing from Portsmouth to Brunsbüttel, so closely to your route, and it was indeed interesting to view it in reality. You infuse so much comfort and professionalism - if I ever need a professional captain you indeed would come to thoughts :-)
Thanks Claus!
This video made me hungry. Good stuff, ocean, great food and good company 👍👍. The six packs and bird shitting bit were hilarious.
Thanks!
Love this guy.
This guy makes sailing look so easy.
🍻👍
Just came across this video with recent interest to catamarans, I loved all the little details mentioned regarding sails and how to handle them and not to forget the little James Bond button to turn on the lights. Thanks a million for uploading.
Thanks 🙌👍
Excellent !!
Enjoyed every second!
Great range of topics.
Thanks!
Thanks for all the good informations!! Good food keeps the spirit up. Keep on cooking! :-)
Thanks 🙂
Great video Igor . Never a dull moment. Love to sail with you one day. Keep well and post some more good stuff. Follow your nose.
Thanks Stephan!
I enjoyed that very much. Thank you for this trip and also the boat owners for letting you film.
Now i need some sleep since i started watching at 4am.

Going on my first sail in 2 weeks.. lagoon 45. Can’t wait to see her. While I don’t know a lot about sailing what I do know is when I see someone who does. Well made video my friend. A true professional!

Great video and excellent seamanship from Igor. I also follow the former owners of this Lagoon. They now have the Porsche among catamarans. An outremer 55 🤩.
Herzlichen Glückwunsch an das neue Eignerpaar aus D zu diesem super Cat. Die Kochkünste von euch beiden verdienen 3 Seesterne. Grüße vom Bodensee.
Thanks!
Ganz lieben Dank und Grüße zurück
I just finished watching this video. Thanks Igor for another quality sailing lesson. When I hit the big time and buy my Seawind Passagemaker or Lagoon 52, I will invite you down to the South Pacific to teach me blue water sailing. All expenses paid of course.
Thanks! See you in Pacific 🍻
Super lucky with food EVERYWHERE you go!! Great video with lots of good tips!
Thanks Christi 👍😃
Sailing a beautiful boat in wonderful weather & oh the food. 🍲

Your a great Captain an very knowledgeable on sailing...An the food....well 👨🏼🍳 🤌🏼 the chef outdid himself. The food not only looked delicious I swore I could smell it....! Thanks for taking us along on this adventure... I am a new subscriber... Happy to be on board Captain.... Where to next?? ✌🏼💗😊❣️
Thanks Donna 🍻🙏
Igor thank you for your work. In ferrying aircraft (general aviation planes) over the North Atlantic and North Sea we always wear life preserves, thermal suit and type 1 with beacons. It is good idea to keep safe.
Thanks Allen🙌☃️🎄🍻 That is probably not very comfortable wearing that suit in airplane?
Really great video, looks like such a great crew to take the trip with.
Thanks!
wow, that boat is so spacious, I could live on that boat for sure!
One could easy live on it.
Precioso catamarán.. adoro los veleros… La soledad en medio del océano, Mar 🌊 lovint. 👍⛵️⚓️
Great stuff on board Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍
So beautiful paradise 😍 ✨ 💖 ❤
What a delight of a video I enjoyed until the last minute, I really enjoyed the way you sail, simple, smart and safe.
I did almost the same course on a Nautitech 46 leaving from La Rochelle to Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza and Barcelona watching your video brought a lot of good memories .
Great work captain!.
I already subscribed to your channel .
Thanks Paul!
Love this! Thanks 😊
Thanks Peter!
Love your attitude towards your fellow sailors Igor ,,, In May 1966 I travelled through the Bay of Biscay on the Fair Star ,, there was a 40 ft swell ,, She was capable of 19 knots ,, its a fair bet they backed off a bit 😃
Thanks 🙏 What kind of boat was that? 40 ft swell…I am in bar drinking 🍻 in conditions like that.
@@IgorStropnik Fair Star was one of Ocean Liners in the Sitmar Line ,, we were traveling from Australia to England ,,, My berth was in the bow of the boat , interesting ride , up and down , up and down ..
Thanks for another great video Igor, Craig from Australia 🫡
Thanks 🙏
Once again late to the party .
I have only just discovered your channel and have been binge watching the videos , very informative and entertaining .
I have not looked through the 6.4K comments but surely somebody has commented about opening the Tomato can MacGyver style on the bottom when it had a ring pull top ! 2.07 min
Thanks 🙏 Now I am curious what’s on top but we will never know 😃
Beautiful view 😍 ❤ ♥ 💕 💖
