O&D, you recorded a nice mods video. I too have several of the items you mentioned. I added an ammo box as a small tool carrier and that's something I use a lot. it also carries, 1st Aid kit, telephone, rags, weapon and ammo, pen-&-paper. I do wish I had more storage space, so I'm working on that. I would like an auxiliary port for charging my phone. I built a pole-saw holder that I carry an extendable 15 ft pole saw, and bow saw. Since I attached forks that are able to be used on my FEL and 3 pt arms, I use my carryall to transport gear on which I made a small platform specifically for horizontal chainsaw carry. I think most folks mods will be tailored to the type work they'll be doing on their land. Thanks for the video.

Enjoy your vids, very informative! My favorite mods in order are wheel spacers (for safety), Piranha tooth bar, 30 cal ammo box (tool box) on rops and a canaster type fuel filter.
I agree the spacers are needed and have made me feel much more stable! I forgot about the toolbox, it is needed!
That fuel filter mod would be nice to have!

No it wasn't difficult at all just a little time consuming. Here is a video link by " rvkubotaman" and he uses the exact same filter that I used that I got from Ebay. The advantage is ease of access and the fact that it is a bigger filter than the stock inline filter. I should also point out that this new filter only replaces the filter closest to the fuel tank (which will filter most of the junk) and the other inline filter remains in place so you still have the advantage of duel filtering. Also there are many videos on filter mods, just do a search.

I have a Massey Ferguson GC2300 which is about the same size as a BX. I'll be posting some vids of mods to my tractor. Hope you can check them out!!! My favorite mod I'd have to say would be the carrier which attaches on the 3 point.

"Wheel spinner" is a suicide knob. It came from tractor trailers because they would put it on the wheel and if a steer tire blew the knob would snap your wrists making you unable to control the truck.

Love your videos! Would you ever put wheel weights on the front, for hilly areas?
Never seen it done. Would likely be better off with filling your rear tires. The front axle pivots in the middle so by the time the front wheel would lift, the rear is already 8 inches off the ground.

Hey there O&D. I'm trying to get in touch with Mr. Hodge about ordering a set of those stabilizer bars for my BX23 S. I have emailed him twice and called once without any reply. How did you get in touch with him, and how long did it take to get a response? Thanks for the previous advice on the wheel spacers by the way.
Nicholas he was pretty quick at the time but I happen to catch him at a time when he was not as busy. He had just announced that he was thinking about making them again for sale. In fact he had a set already made on the self. He has another full time job and some family responsibilities that might be taking up a bunch of time. Be patient with him. Are you a member of the Facebook group Kubota Tractor and Equipment? Or BXer network? I've seen him in there and you might be able to message him.

You spoke about under Armour for piranha. What is that?
Benton Hilbun Its like a skid plate for the underside of the tractor. The BX has a fan for the transmission/hydraulics that is susceptible to a stick shearing off all the fins.
