    I have a BX 1880 and only use a box blade on my 3 point. I put these on and they are wonderful!
    It’s so easy now to adjust and like I said I only have that one attachment using it for ballast most of the time. Great product! I had to wait months but well worth it!!!

    Just received my Mr. Hodge stabilizers for a Kubota B7800, best investment ever. Quality product.

    Had same problem. Bought new set 2 years ago. 1 stripped out already. Added chain to one side and turnbuckle to other side to take up slack. So far so good. When turnbuckle bresks will add other chain. Modified chain to take up slack.

      Sounds like an easy fix! Great thinking! Thanks for watching and commenting!

    I just put a pair of these on my GC1710 and Mike painted them Massey Red for me. Nice and sturdy stabilizers. Yep, they're still $180 but worth it. Makes changes fast, fast, fast. No turnbuckle work needed. Thumbs up.

      +Houndsman One that's cool that you got them painted. I think I'll be really happy with them.

    very interesting video . im looking into a quick hitch and tiller setup for my 23s . i have a question ,where did you purchase that grill brush guard i cant find it on line?? any help is greatly appreciated.

    • @ODLife
      @ODLife  2 роки тому

      The grill was what came on the tractor. It was the model before yours. Quick hitch is great so long all your attachments are compatible. If I was to do it all over, I would go with Pat's Quick Hitch and the telescoping stabilizing bars. Enjoy !

      They are great while on. When I took off the 3pt hardware and then put back on, it was a lot more cumbersome.

    I have these and they're nice, but the issue I ran into is that the forks that attach to the bracket need to be angled up (so the bracket points down) - otherwise, my PTO U-joint hits it sometimes.

    • @ODLife
      @ODLife  4 роки тому

      Huh, I know Mark made sure to mark which one was left, right, this side up probably to prevent that.

    • @thegrumpytexan
      @thegrumpytexan 4 роки тому +1

      @@ODLife I did too, but if your attachment lifts up higher, the U joint at the back hits them. I might try flipping the bracket they attach to and see if that gives me extra clearance.

    I can't use a quick hitch cause all my implements are old I use the pats quick claws and it works, out well with the hodge stabilizers

    • @ODLife
      @ODLife  6 років тому

      Pats seems very versatile and a good way to go. So far I've been pretty lucky and have almost everything compatible.

    Those turn buckles that came with the tractor are a pain. My was bent from the previous owner not tighten them when brush hogging. These stabilizer looks like they are heavy duty.

    I noticed you carry a white bucket and so on your box blade. Can you do a video on your box blade and what you use it for. Thanks

    • @ODLife
      @ODLife  6 років тому +1

      +rtzapper sure but I am still learning how to use it myself. Daveknowshow has a great video on using the box blade. I use the buckets to carry chain and tools. Works out that they fit perfectly inside the box blade.
