While still being out of reach for 99% of us, this property is absolutely worth the price! Very beautifully decorated without it becoming tacky and so much land attached to it. A lovely haven in the British countryside.
Some of the decorations are ugly. Others are beautiful. The floor plan is a little dismal confusing, some of the rooms I would repurpose, for example I'd make the billiards into the office and the office into the billiards.

Does it have any renewable energy systems at all, and if not how easy is it to implement? Any municipality approvals or not? 3. Does it have a water harvesting system at all, and does it have a water purification system? The latter is more important from many perspectives 4. This is a random thing I need to point out, as you always seem to say "queen sized bed" but I think they are usually double or king, possibly super king size beds at times. A queen is a small double bed, only slightly larger than a standard single bed. Just saying. 🛏️🛌
I love this comment, bed sizes differ internationally. To communicate best to you all, it’s easier to say Queen size bed, as it is the second largest bed type. Super Kings and Kings are rare. Queen is definitely not a small double bed. I have a Queen bed, so can confirm this ;)

Too much grey decor…a Edwardian house that’s had cosmetic surgery..not good.. needs taking back to origin although it’s not a old house,just in a period style. But that’s my view on it…it’s a man’s house ,I’d say :a good tour round tho toby.
I'm really enjoying your tours .lovely house ,it looks newly built though not edwardian age , I didn't see a separate dining room, I know its pickie but surprised it hasn't got one , loved the pool room ,can I ask that I've noticed that you dont take your shoes off .
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed the tour. The floors in this house are exceptionally slippery due to the finish on the natural stone. The owners insisted I keep them on for safety. In all other tours we have multiple shoes dedicated to touring.
It is edwardian . Everything was done replica of initial design( staircase, facades, terrace and exterior walls, and so on). Obviously, with a technological touch. I v done this house. Ro Art luxury design. 👌

Most rich people don't have that many friends because they r busy working hard. So with all this space and 2/4 people living no reason the current owners r selling this property. If I were rich I would have most probably stayed in the lake house and went to the office and chilled with my trustworthy dog.
