Autonomous driving makes the most sense in trucks that drive long distances on highways or other clearly structured routes. Loading / unloading, parking, manoeuvering in varying settings and offroad driving is still a human task that would have to be automated at great expense, for only small and unreliable benefits, at least for the foreseeable future. The trucks we saw in this video are probably not subject to autonomous driving just yet because they work in very dynamic environments. So don't worry about your dream job, and enjoy the good times with your dad :)

As a trucker, I'll tell you the hard truth.
      It ain't gonna work.
You could perhaps send a self driving truck down a motorway, but making deliveries to anything other than a harbor is not gonna work out.

This channel is good. However it would be better if a person uses voice to describe what is in the video instead of viewers to watch while reading at the same time. Please improve that

Buenos dias. Que bueno sería que el vídeo fuera publicado con información en español.

A video about nordic trucks without a SISU 900hp hybrid forestry truck. What a waste 🤦‍♂️

There are loads of trucks missing. Probably need to make a part 3 and 4 and possibly 5.

Probably fast growing pine wood, for paper production and such. Easy to transport and process.

There was no twigs on video, thinnest were pulpwood. That come's from first harvest of forest and tops of tree. And they do collect part of twigs too. Twigs go to thermal power plant or to biodiesel mill.
