The Quest to Bring Home Ayato [Genshin Impact Swords Only]

- The Chasm recently came out in Genshin Impact, and I decided to take on its quests on the Swords Only account... This is the second "part" of our Chasm chaos, and we continue our attempts of wishing for Ayato.
MiHoYo put out a tweet saying "Polearm Impact"... And then I saw Mtashed make a new account where his focus is just having fun on the account in Genshin Impact... So I decided to take it upon myself to make a new account, but only use characters who wield a sword because absolutely nobody asked me to.

java, i think i speak for most of the people in the comments, but we all love the swords only series. we don’t mind consecutive videos featuring the series at all.

Yep they get a hard block at 20% or smth hp where they activate their shield

15:55 Fun fact It's impossible to skip the shielded phase of an abyss harold, they literally need to enter that state to be killed.
A quick tip: once you reach lumenspar level 8, when you press Z, it’ll be like a resonance stone, and show you the general location of a lumenspar

I only found this out 2 days ago-
I remember reaching lv.8 and pressing the button for the lumenstone by accident, I saw this blue ring, and my brain was like, is that a quest place or something?
But even though it was literally in front of my eyes, I couldn't see the lumenspar and just left like an idiot
What do you do if you play mobile do you just not get it or ??
@@louloume8606 on mobile, tapping the button for the thing you equipped is the equivalent of pressing z on pc
That being said, if you tap the button for the lumenspar on mobile, it will work like a resonance stone and a blue ring will show up
@@louloume8606 uhhhh im not sure but im guessing you can just click on the lumenspar thing on the bottom right if you have it equipped and it'll show

I really love this series, I found your channel because of one of your swords only video and I was always looking for more. I respect how dedicated you are to only using swords (especially the archery challenge)
Chasm didn't remind me of Darkreach but Noktron and Noktella in Elden Ring definitely reminded me of Darkreach.
The way Chasm keeps going down and down reminds me of the way Elden Ring just keeps going, though. I kept thinking I was almost to the end of the Chasm when I wasn't, and I'm where I thought Elden Ring endgame would be but found out I'm only about halfway.
Last note: Yelan isn't hydro Ganyu, she's bow Xingqiu. They even have the same hair stylist and tailour.

You're getting better at it. Good job, keep it up.
By the way, you may want to fish in those two pools. It yields item necessary for one of side quests in Chasm. And every one of these quests brings a few primogems, giving you more chances to get Ayato. Also you probably should climb to the top of that giant mushroom.

if you're farming for artifacts, i think the newest domain is very resin efficient since it has good 2-piece. love this series!
edit: i do know emblem domain is resin efficient too, just saying that the new domain might be good too since he already farmed emblem domain before.
useless 4 piece, emblem is much better
Emblem domain is still much more efficient, because the 4p in the new domain are both very niche (one literally only for Xiao, the other only for a a few characters) - while in Emblem domain one is a good 2p with 4p that's not really great but is good, and the other one is literally one of the most broken sets in the game

@@juice3287 tbh I don't really like Shime on Hu Tao but yeah that domain is efficient as all hell and Shime isn't really bad on Hu Tao, so slayyyyy
Especially since to get the best for her you need to do the crimson witch domain which sucks ass
@@hanako_2137 i use shimenawas + dragons bane (c0) and the highest ive ever hit with her in a full team is like 80k; i love shimenawa just because the shimmy set has been so nice to me + lavawalker is useless if you aren't interested in reverse melt (since 4pc actually works on rosaria for that team) and being paired with emblem is super useful too
i want hu tao's c1 + homa one day, whenever i have to rebuild her around homa thats when ill switch to cwof probably
Btw, if u swipe the card, you should try Main DPS Ayato, probably one of the best 4 star weapons for him is Amenoma Kageuchi, since you can get alot of atk with it, also its super easy to get the ascensions on it. It also fits him very well.

I watched a video about the chasm from a Genshin UA-camr named moga.. He found it really hard to find the new enkanomiya enemies as you call them 😂 while you kept running into them at every single place you went in the video.. So I couldn't stop laughing 😂

Xingqiu was my only healer, until Sayu's release. And even then I only needed her because of the wolves and their "hey let's just push your whole team down into the red at once - you'll like that, right?" deal.
So yeah, Xingqiu is an stunningly good heal, especially since his rainswords double as a shield too!
And it makes him an amazing four star character for exploring in particular, since his heal does so much you can just recharge your entire team over time without needing any statues or food or enemies to damage or wasting a burst or having Wet applied to you for more than maybe two seconds every minute or so.
Would've hated Enkanomiya without his constant assistance, gotta admit, so it's nice to see someone else benefitting from his heals just as much!

There's actually a chest right on top of the big mushroom. You can climb the wall on the side and glide on top of it

I got Diluc while trying to pull on the Ayato banner. I was not disappointed as I'm completely F2P. But then, I was in the Chasm, had just levelled up the Adjuvant, got my two Intertwined Fates and got Ayato on the second pull. I think I was at 30 or 40 pity. Best day of my life. Since Ayaka's banner is still on, I sometimes wish in the Chasm hoping for the same luck. Also, I am currently binge watching your Only Swords videos. Great stuff.

Fun fact, the Dwemer are the people who built Blackreach.

So your observation of the Chasm being similar is for good reason. Khaenri'ah takes inspiration from the Dwemer. Most intrugingly, the Dwemer and Khaenri'ahns share the concept of unlocking the secrets of the universe through magical technology, combining things like alchemy, weaponsmithing, and magick, but also automatons like the Dwemer Centurion and Field Tiller (Ruin Guard).

I don't mind having multiple episodes of the series, that's probably the best genshin series out there. When I see a notification of a new video of any UA-camr, I have to watch a part of the video, then get disappointed because the content wasn't as good as I expected, because the most of the big genshin UA-camrs and streamers are whales, just doing 1000 pulls to C6 their new character and R5 their new weapon. It's not enjoyable.
But when I see a new video from your channel, Swords Only or New Main, I know I won't be disappointed.
And I know, optimism isn't gonna get you enywhere. In my second account, I got Yae Miko on 8 pity, and it was a 50/50. The only problem was that the account was AR 17. And you know what's needed to ascend her...
