- Kirara is here, and my Nilou desperately needs her to join our team. As a dendro shielder, Kirara would make a great support for a bloom team where we currently have no form of sustain. Only problem is we have to get lucky with our pulls...
Swords Only in Genshin Impact can be quite challenging at times. However, as the self-proclaimed master of "Weapon" Only challenges in this game, I am able to best any obstacle (probably).
HoYoVerse put out a tweet saying "Polearm Impact"... So I decided to take it upon myself to make a new account, but only use characters who wield a sword because absolutely nobody asked me to.

Hey Java, just letting you know that the healing is actually bc of Xingqiu! He has a passive that heals the active character every time one of the rain swords from his skill expires.
How do people still don't know 💀 he has been released for like over 2years like-

Unfortunately, Kirara doesn’t use Scaramouche’s boss material. She uses Apep boss material- (Good luck, you’ll need it Java)
And you need to do Nahida second story quest for it

@@Mateo_8886 Seriously, Java plays this game to earn money on content and basically knows nothing about it. It feels like every episode he gets something about the game wrong or doesnt understand how a character or mechanic that has been in the game since the beginning works. And then he refuses to read about it to check and will either complain or go "what is going on why is this thing happening?" And it was a little entertaining the first few times, but now it's just down right annoying.
@@starlette7820 omg I felt it too?? It just feels like he really doesn’t bother learning this game. I honestly felt insane but you phrased it well. For me the most obvious tell was not using Lisa in spells only as an aggravate dps and not getting baizhu as it’s acc better then heizou and klee. It feels like he checked out of the meta after dendro with only minimal understanding of dendro teams. Which is wild. It genuinely feels like he doesn't really consume genshin content or care for it at all. And of course all the obvious mistakes and lack of knowledge in the game..

you should really get kukis level as high as possible since hyperblooms base dmg goes up with character level
It's better to run Kirara in a Spread/Aggravate team, but she's cool with Nilou. I'd use Alhaitham with the hyperbloom team and Kirara w/ Nilou for a superbloom team
Or u could use the nilou team he ran and do hyperbloom on other half with ayato-dmc-kuki and a flex slot like kazuha or idk layla or someone else
It’s honestly not a “this is where she’s most powerful” question, but a “this is where she’s most needed”, and Nilou teams need a shielder and can’t run Zhongli
A speedrunner got decent time with kirara in a nilou team on his first time with no effort, she's more than cool with nilou
Btw I agree about the teams. Aggravate keqing w/o fischl, kujou sara or yae is not very strong, and freeze teams don't work way too often recently. Hyperbloom/quickbloom seems like the best second team he can really do
You know, you can put a portable teleporter near the bosses' arena - it's craftable at the alchemist's table

Many shielders have a co-op constellation, even zhongli has one
If hydro traveller turned out to be a healer, that’d be really nice for your team!
Hydro traveler probably will be a healer or someone who mitigates damage

Since I haven't seen anyone comment on this I'm pretty sure that Kirara's C2 is mostly for the DMG absorption of the shields, but it can also allow for you to give shields to allies.
I get doing these challenges when there's nothing to do, but that new area is definitely worth exploring, not to mention there's Nahida story quest pt2.
When fighting Baptist, I usually bring a hyperbloomish team. Kuki is gonna be your best friend, especially for cryo lol
It just so happened that Kirara was the reason I found joy in playing again. Bc after Baizhu's release I really had 0 motivation to do anything other than dailies and resin(sometimes I couldn't even force myself to use resin) I had a sparkle of hope when I got c5 Candace while pulling for Baizhu and wanted to get her c6 so I could build her, but the game gave me c4 Kaveh when I wanted him only for looking pretty in my teapot. And then Star Rail and TOTK were released, and I was playing those with a lot more enthusiasm bc they were fresh (still am). Also, finals are getting closer and closer every day, and I'm exhausted....
But then he new update drops, and I manage to pull Kirara without losing my guaranteed Kokomi (I'm about 60 in with 100% guarantee). And I'm having so much fun building her that I'm also building Kaveh bc I want to play more! Still a bit behind on the quests, tho (haven't done Baizhu and Yoimia's quests, and Layla and Kaveh's hangouts)
Usually i fight the baptism boss with my al haitham hyperbloom team cause three elements are present in it to destroy its shields
Al haitham(Dendro) > electro and hydro shield
Kuki shinobu (Electro) > cryo shield
Xingqiu (Hydro) > pyro shield
Though my fourth slot has yelan, you can change it to some other character if you want to. The boss dies with this team very fast

If you are okay with spending money you should buy the battlepass sword and give it to Alhaitham because that sword can heal. It is by no means his best wepon but it will help you survive in Nilou bloom team.
To be honest, once I got into the video I completely forgot about what you said about the quality being bad. It still looks really good to me, and this video was really enjoyable!

Honestly even with my main account I can't beat the current floor 12 with 3 stars, I got them all 2 stars... usually in times like this I would watch other people's abyss run and learn the most effective rotation etc. But I'm just too tired to do that-- I choose to ignore the extra 50 primogems from 36*ing the abyss to save my own sanity. I'm happy with 33* thank you very much.

I think the hyper loom is an overall better abyss team. Alt has really high personal damage, which isn’t utilized very well in the bloom team since there are no spread reactions. In the hyper bloom, both hyper bloom and spread can proc, so alt can actually utilize his kit better

Bout the water birds: Kirara's jump on catbox form actually reaches them, so if you use Shinobu's skill and then jump with catbox Kirara, it's almost an instakill for those annoying birds

4* characters are added to the standard and weapons banners in the next version. So no Kirara there sadly in this version both in standard and weapons banners

i think i would try to separate alheitham and kirara, and run kirara with nilou and heitham in a spread team. Maybe something like alheitham, kuki, xinqiu, flex and kirara, nilou, ayato, dendro traveler
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Alhaitham-Kuki-Xinqiu is a hyperbloom team, not spread.
i think if you are in need of good 5* swords for some of your characters you should pull on the weapon banner for second phase!

Hey Java, I'm not too sure if you know this already, but Kirara's shield stacks with itself if you hit enemies 3 times with her cat box form. Her shield is stronger, but it takes a couple seconds to spin around 3 times
I got so used to the kinda mid quality during the video that when kirara's showed up all nice and crisp at the end I was so surprised

hi Java! The next part of the banners there are kazuha and alhaitham, would you pull for a weapon banner? there is a good support sword with ton of em also an alhaitham sword with crit rate that can be used on dps charactres! thats a very good opportunity to get one of the best swords!

Hi about the standart banner: the new characters get to that banner after the release banner. You would have to wait for the next update
so no one's talking about how the shield were acting weird? 19:30 dendro should be easily capable to get rid of both hydro and electro (i mean al-haitham's dendro, not hyperbloom)
for some reason the electro fatui shields are super resistant to dendro, only cryo works well on them

Ok, so this is gonna take a bit of explanation. But I’m a MASSIVE Kirara Simp, and I’m building her as a DPS, most are building for shield, and you (I think) are gonna do Nilou. That’s 3 different versions, I LOVE Kirara SO MUCH. And I love the pun in the title, of of mine was “Kirara Is Purrfect, I would Sleep on the Meowch for Perr”

I would build a hyperbloom team with alhaitham, kuki, xingqui and a flex spot like dendro traveller or cyro character like layla or kaeya on on side. I think kirara fits with nilou better but building a bloom team might be difficult without a dendro or hydro healer. But ayato or dendro traveller could both work in this team. Or you use nilou in a non bloom team, with keqing and kazuha in a taser team or with ayaka and kazuha in a freeze team. But freeze doesn't work that well for abyss in the moment.

Hey Java, I just think that since you don't have any challenges since your characters are leveled up enough, I think you can spin a wheele to choose which character you will play for that spesific video and don't use other characters. It would especially be good when the Fontaine comes out I think
i have to agree, the new hilichurs are a pain, actually they are the reason why i can no longer do abbyss 11 on 9 stars and need to get 6-8 only...
especially that i end up wanderer tean versus rhe aneno one which seems to have anemo resistance...

focus on hyperbloom, i spent all my fragiles (like 20) on my alt which was in shambles, (alhaitham, xingqiu, kuki, and whatever electro/dendro/hydro i could use, in thsi case fischl) and im hitting about 20k with alhaitham regularly and 36k with kuki, tho i do recommend putting alhaitham on gilded and someone else on deepwood, my fischl is on deepwood
About Kirara healing: Kirara's Elemental Burst allows her to create a box with a giant cat inside that opens its mouth and launches small explosive boxes. These boxes will deal Dendro damage they will be redirected to the player if there are no enemies nearby. However, instead of dealing damage, the boxes will provide a heal.
Kirara doesn't have a single word about healing in her entire kit. The healing was from Xingqiu ascension passive, that states «When a Rain Sword is shattered or when its duration expires, it regenerates the current character's HP based on 6% of Xingqiu's Max HP. »

I just checked her talent description, and it doesn’t mention healing at all!
What does heal is Xingqiu’s skill- when one of his rainswords from his skill dies bc of damage or bc of time, he heals the active character a little!

Greetings, Java. I think that it would be better to seperate Alhaitham and Nilou for more potential on their sides.
For Nilou you could go: Nilou, Xingqiu/Ayato, Dendro MC and Kirara.
For Alhaitham you could go: Alhaitham, Xingqiu/Ayato, Kazuha and Kuki.
There are also other teamcomps I recommend for the abyss (Perhaps not all good, but fun and still slightly meta):
- *Sunfire Ayato* : Ayato - Jean - Kazuha - Bennett.
- *Ayaka freeze* : Ayaka - Xingqiu - Kazuha - Layla/Kaeya (Or Qiqi, but less recommended).
- *Aggravate Keqing* : Keqing - Dendro MC - Kazuha/Kuki - Kirara.
- *Hyperfridge Kaeya* : Kaeya - Kuki - Xingqiu - Dendro MC.

if you're okay with resources I really recommend abusing the hell out of those waypoints, it's so convenient haha
With the hilichurl chamber, try to focus on the anemo ones first because it seems like the slashes from them are the things killing your characters
