GBO2 Gundam Delta Kai: It can't be stopped!

- This video is a recent rated match I had with the LV1 Gundam Delta Kai on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 650 cost general with incredible transformed shooting damage, transformed stun resistance and transformed mobility. Its major weakness is that its MS mode is incredibly weak so the suit is mostly used in its transformed state. I thought this match went absolutely amazing. Even without any defences, I got 0 deaths and very high damage. I hope that you enjoy watching!
The primary weapon of the Delta Kai is a long mega buster with 2500 power, 4 ammo, 5 seconds cooldown, 450m range, 0.77 seconds swap time and 20% stagger value. This instantly staggers and can be used in both MS and Waverider modes so its great to combo into melee or into/from other weapons.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2700 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time, standard combo modifier, standard side swing modifier and 75%x2 down swing modifier. It shares the same fast downswing animation as the GP01 so you cannot follow up a downswing with another downswing.
Its first sub weapon is a vulcan gun with 125 power, 50 ammo, 450 RPM, 0.5 seconds swap time, 13 seconds reload, 175m range and 4% stagger value. These stun slowly with 3.3 seconds needed to stagger.
Its second sub weapon is a beam cannon with 400x4 (1000x2) power, 13% (60%) heat, 1 seconds cooldown, 3.5 seconds focus time, 16%x4 (25%x2) stagger value, 18 seconds overheat time and 350m range. This has pretty low power uncharged but the charged shot instantly staggers with only 60% heat used.
Its third sub weapon is a high mega cannon with 1400x6 power, 100% heat, 550m range, 90 seconds overheat, 10 seconds focus time and 0.77 seconds swap time. While stop to charge, this fires a beam with piercing and heavy stagger.
Its fourth and final weapon in MS mode are prototype fin funnels with 300x2x2x2x3 (250x2x2x2x5) power, instant overheat, 200m (250m) range, 12 seconds overheat time, 0.77 seconds swap time and 7%x2x2x2x3 (6%x2x2x2x5) stagger value. These fire a shotgun-like blast and can stagger if enough hit. When in n_i_t_r_o mode you can lock them on while boosting, range increases and they fire two additional volleys. They usually won't hit enough to stagger on their own though.
The Waverider beam cannon has 300x6 (1800) power, 13%x6 (60%) heat, 450m range, 1 seconds cooldown, 18 seconds overheat, 1.5 seconds focus time, 0.5 seconds swap time and 25%x6 (40% stagger value). This is best used uncharged for its high stagger value.
The Waverider high mega cannon has 3300 power, 100% heat, 500m range, 18 seconds overheat, 2 seconds focus time, 0.5 seconds swap time and 20% stagger value. This fires a piercing normal stagger beam with very high damage but its overheating time is long until nitro mode activates.
The Delta Kai has just 18500 HP, 20 ballistic resist, 22 beam resist and 21 melee resist. This level of HP and resists is about on par for 550 cost so you are very easy to take out unless you are staying evasive with transformation.
You also have 130 (200) walking speed, 215 (240) boosting speed, 75 thrust and 75 (78) turning speed. Your MS mode mobility is average until n_i_t_r_o activates but your waverider form has absolutely outstanding mobility.
It has many skills which allow it to move at high mobility such as LV3 Forced Injector, LV4 Flight Control Program, LV4 Glide Structure, High Boost Ram Attack and LV1 n_i_t_r_o System. The nitro system activates at 50% HP automatically and grants 30% faster focus times, buffed funnels, reload and overheat times reduced by 30% along with +10 to walking speed, boosting speed and turning speed. This makes your strafing runs far more potent due to less cooldown between high mega shots. The increased mobility should also help with strafing runs in waverider form. Your skills also make it incredibly difficult to knock you down while falling or while transformed. Fall Control Program acts like Maneuver Armour in that it blocks instant staggers but only while you are falling. This pairs with LV4 Glide Structure which gives you 200% effective stun resistance while falling, which makes it near impossible to stun you when you detransform and fall after a strafing run. You also have a similar skill while transformed which also gives you 200% stun resistance. This makes you practically impossible to stun while transformed unless you are targetted by a heavy stagger or have 2-3 people all trying hard to focus you down.
Overall I think that the Delta Kai is actually really powerful. It got a poor reception upon its release due to its weak MS form, but its incredible waverider form was overlooked. Your small size combined with stun resistance and output makes you an incredible threat while transformed which not many suits at 650 have actual counter-play against. Considering this theme plays to you, a fighter jet, fighting against a giant tower that shoots later; I'd say the music suits the video since Delta Kai is meant to be the alley love child of both those things.

this is probably my favorite vid on youtube about gbo2. i main delta kai and this video gave me some advices about using it. what a,magnificent suit to abuse waverider. maybe you transform first, hold L2 and charge mega beam cannon, shoot it and spam all your weapons before transforming again.

It is really worth learning. I expect it might even get buffed as well. I see so many people playing it wrong by staying in MS mode and never transforming.
If I could have one mobile suit, out of all of them... it would be this one. It sings to my heart how it fights, like it's after my soul. ❤

It is the hexagon HG camo pattern, you can customize what it looks like. I dunno if it is available currently but maybe look in the recycle tickets store.

Well that's because it is. He pinged me on Discord the other day with these parts and told me to try it. I changed them a little but its basically his build yeah.
@@avenger1_gbo260 right now i'm still bad at the waverider controlling part, i see the tera's setting, i watch the let-it-beatles S-2999 200k damage gameplay which he focus on the turning speed, or even the akokura's video explaination but still failed at the controlling waverider being sniped by ground players, probably this suit is never going to succeed in my hands

It could do alright honestly. The high shooting damage of unicorns might be an issue though.

Yep it is too hard for it now with Xeku Zwei. The MS mode should get a big buff.
Avenger1_ GBO2 speaking of buffs, seeing that the gundam mark 4 is releasing tonight.....I'd say the gundam mk 3 really needs a buff too. You gotta be super skilled at using to get results. Even then, you're gonna get outgunned by some of the other 550 suits.
