I love the way u expose so-called teachers that misguide us, thank God 4 u
Mogilko loves money very much but has NO CLUE how to say expressions with it correctly!😄😄😄👊💥
I love these videos! They're both educational and entertaining.
And, what a shame she is not ashamed to use inaccurate English and claim that she teaches American English🙃 Thank you, Kevin!
And even more, she is selling her lessons 😅, making a big amount of money, shame
You are a real educational gem.
Totally agree 👍
I really want to see Lingua Marina's reaction to these videos 😅
Linguamarina has 8,35 M suscriptors. Do you think she even knows about the existencde of this channel?
@@alberchigo7391she knows, and she made a video a year a go complained abt them, she called them haters
Maaan, and she’s teaching English other people 😮
Articles and Marina declared war on each other long time ago
You can say it again about the prepositions and Marina.😊
@@andreirublev8118Exactly!
There are no articles in Russian, so she constantly forgets them.
@@user-xk1hf5ty4m she Teaches English, after 20 years of learning it (in her own words), therefore articles mush come automatically by now
Thank you Kevin
Excellent, as always 🥰 Thank you very much ❤️
I guess, in the end, Marina is going to learn English, while watching your videos 🥰
It is better (or to) studying English from native American teacher.
Kevin is the BEST!💞🙏🏻💖Thank you so much!
she got confused..forgive her....Texas vs. Taxes... that is a good one!!
Thank you - nice lesson. I hope more people are watching your channel than hers
Unfortunately her videos are extremely popular among English learners, eg she has over eight millions of subscribers and her videos usually have over two millions of views.
She is Russian and in that language there are no articles, I can say it as a Russian native speaker.😊
@@ArtemHahauz-nm7bk Bad news!!!
I see...
You as an individual do not pay tax on *whatever* you make. You pay tax on your income if it exceeds a minimum taxable amount. Your deductible expenses, exemptions, various credits could reduce your income to below that minimum amount, then generally you do not need to file a federal tax return and pay taxes.
You are awesome
You are the best teacher
Thats what happens if you teach English being a foreigner.
Great job Kevin!!!
We every single day get the hang of learning English🎉🎉🎉!
May God bless you!
Thanks God we've you Kevin and don't let these Marinas ruin our English learning
As always, great lesson 😊

Haha that's so funny Texas vs taxes
🙏🤗❤️
Thanks
It is not taboo in our culture to have more than one wife. ❤❤❤❤
Thanks a lot 🎉🎉
You don't have *something* in your bank accounts, it is called *Money*
❤🎉
Marina needs learn more with Kevin❤
What she has to do is "stop teaching nonsense or wrong English".
I don't care whether she wants to learn or not.
Marina, just s*hut up & learn your damm articles!!!!! My brain literally hurts by the end of this video! 😅😅😅 The amount of “this is also not correct” for just one video of Marina! 😅😅😅 pleeeeeeease 😂😂😂

Very useful! ❤❤❤
Interest is earnings on your money in your saving account(s).
I used to watch Lingua Marina's videos and I was used to them.
Thanks a lot to Kevin I'm sure times come and you will get eminent.
Keep creating such a tip of videos, they are short and informational on the other hand.
Thank you
Thanks a lot! Very useful!
Taxes are increasing in my country every six months.
Thank you for giving us helpful tips. I've been watching your videos for three to five hours every day lately. In addition to that, I try to google what I didn't know in the clip as soon as possible.
Great lesson.
Great video, thank you! Is there an option to say “Interest is a percent that A bank gives you” using the indefinite article “a”? We’re talking about a bank in general, any bank, aren’t we?
Oh, these articles😂
Such a big problem among Russian speaking learners.
Hope Marina takes classes to improve her knowledge. Having lived so many years in States and make the same mistakes over and over again as if she’s doing it deliberately to provoke you, Kevin😂
Thank you again!
she is not learning she is teaching and makes tons of money on this kind of teaching
There's nobody comparing to ya Kevin,, God bless ya and your family
Thank you so much for teaching us the real American English🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you, Kevin and Liz. I have to give up those incorrect videos which will mislead me. I'm a learner to wish get native US English materials without mistakes. You're reliable.🌹🌹🌹
❤
Exactly Kevin!Interesting part with "checking acount cash" sentence...awesome
Answer is simple heaven
The use of articles in English is quite complex. Thanks a bunch for rectifying the pronunciation of those words. When I was at University,I majored in AE pronunciation.I
Kevin is great as always.
By the way, in the last fragment of the video, Marina has text in the picture, there was an article written (the 2008 recession), but she didn’t say it
Thank you very much for the video. Could you also create grammar videos about how American English grammar differs from standard (or British) grammar? For instance, the sentence ‘I have lost my keys, so I cannot open the door’ uses the present perfect tense, which is less common in American English in this case, or so I hear. But also other differences that have to do with vocabulary, prepositions, etc can also be very interesting. ('You can find it AT/ON/IN the candy section') etc.
W is a consonant sound. However, the sounds /o/ and /u/ followed by another vowel sound can be pronounced with a glide sound /w/ in between. The glide sound /w/ is, in fact, not the consonant sound /w/.
The current Value-Added Tax (VAT) in Saudi Arabia is 15%
Seems like at this point she doesn't give a damn about what she's saying anymore. No double-checking, not even a single check. Might as well misuse the tenses or verb conjugations, who cares anyway? She knows we have Kevin.
Articles are a pain in the neck for learners or pains in the neck?
A pain in the neck
"ArticleS ARE A pain in the neck".
(We're talking about articleS as plural, because there are several articles in English, that's why we use "are" BUT at the same time we're talking about articles as a WHOLE, that's why we use "a pain", that's the way I see it.
Some native speakers DO say "sodi Arabia", is that wrong anyway?
Thanks a lot❤ she also didn't pronounce the word "government" properly, did she?
Hello, How to use the word “curate” in my daily sentence?
That word's got several meanings but I think they don't use it in the USA, maybe in the UK and it means:
- priest of the lowest rank.
- to organize.
- cure or to cure.
- to select.
etc...
But the meaning depends on context.
Thanks for reading my comment.
And how about:
- Whatever you have in your checking account IS CASH.
Or.
- Whatever you have in your checking account IS CALLED CASH.
Shouldn't we say "Pay A tax" with the article?
The Mormons have their own idea of polygamy
Did Marin call you to make a arrangement 😅 with you?
Бедная Марина. Достали её эти двое. 🙄
she isn't poor, though she is a fraud
С чего она бедная? 😂 Ей повезло, что такая глупая баба, как она, может зарабатывать на людях, которые глупее ее.
Although you guys are spiteful and talk like robots, your channel is really useful
although you call names as a child would, and judge people you don't know, I believe you aren't that bad
@@user-tt9jx5ms1h Although you tried a comeback because you are somehow attached ( like children to their heroes) to the guys involved in the channel, you made me laugh. And I should thank you for that. It's even funnier that you believe in good and evil
Is "broke" correct? Wouldn't it be "broken"?
nope, it's "broke"
Articles aren't difficult to use. Why does she keep making mistakes on that?😅😅😅
Russian language doesn't have articles, which is why the concept is foreign for them and hard to get used to.
She knows she's wrong BUT she doesn't wanna give in and wants to go against because she's mad.
She's angry because she's been critized a lot and people definitely say she doesn't speak English correctly and properly and her ego is very high and she thinks she's a great teacher but she's not, she's a fake teacher, she's not even a teacher, she's just a non-native speaker, that's all, she just wants money, that is profits, that's what she cares about.
@@ronaldmackee3401 She's been living in the USA for 7 or 8 years, I think, she should've gotten used to it by now, that's not an excuse. If she had studied the language, she would've gotten used to it by now.
She is Russian
@@ronaldmackee3401 That's excusable for beginners, but inexcusable for a teacher.
Thanks a lot, teacher Kevin for showing the mistakes made by this fake English teacher. Please keep showing and correcting more of such mistakes made by others too like Venya Pak, Ariannita.
Hi kevin, have you lived in america your whole life? Your accent is a little neutral
Taxes are mandatory contributions collected by governments. in other words: A tax is a mandatory payment or charge collected by local, state, and national governments from individuals or businesses to cover the costs of general government services, goods, and activities. They are calculated from your *income* If you don't have earned or passive income you don't pay taxes.
Oh my god ..how many mistakes she makes ...she should stop teaching people ..
Marina Mogilko is so ridiculous that I feel sad for her!
There are too many mistakes.
You'd think she'd know her articles by now, after so many of your videos - oh, she doesn't watch them, ok.
Un shulo er kevin
I would like to join the channel, but I can’t find the join button :(
click on their channel name and it will take you to the screen where you can see the JOIN button
@@user-tt9jx5ms1h Thanks :)
I like your videos, but I feel some uncomfortable when you dont blink in camera 🤭

Jeez, she is illiterate. Short-term investments, also known as marketable securities or temporary investments, are financial investments that can easily be converted to cash. Short-term investments are listed in the current assets section of the corporate balance sheet. They're expected to be converted into cash within one year. Money in Savings accounts are not short-term investments, therefore it is *Cash*
Didn't she say "Taxes are"?
What's wrong with that?
She said taxes is
@@jaxxon98 whatever she said was correct, but the owner of the channel is saying that she said " Taxes is" and is trying to correct her
@@Halal96232 Acctually, she says taxes are, listen again, please😅
Marina makes these mistakes intentionally for you, so you always have a topic for your content 😊
😂
thanks god for dsicovering your channel and unfollow her lol
Hahahaha again the fake teacher lingumarina Infront of the best teacher Kevin marina plz quit the profession of teacher you can't do it
This lady better do something else For a living Kevin, but not teaching English..!!!
Taboo, for this the stress is on second syllable /təˈbuː/ . How can all existing syllables can be stressed? We can see primary stress and secondary stress marking in the IPA transcription of a polysyllabic word, as per dictionaries. Pl clarify
Excellent, as always
She confuses American and British accents, that's why she mispronounced the word taboo /təˈbuː, tæ-/. Thank you for the explanation, now I always pay attention to articles while speaking.
I'd like to know how to say 2008 correctly. Two thousand eight or two thousand and eight. Are both options okay? Thanks for the answer in advance
Both are correct in American English.
You are the best teacher
