You might actually find an English teacher at a local community college who could help you with this. Often times community colleges have specific classes and programs just for things like this. But, I'll first start you off by correcting your first sentence. It should read "You are the best English teacher on UA-cam." Good, better, and best can be a harder string to learn. And you need people to practice with who are willing to correct you and know you won't take it personally. Of course, I just assumed you live in the US. But, there are also plenty of online courses too from community colleges, don't know how that would work overseas though.
I can tell you from my own high school and college days, that starting a writing project should begin with a good outline.
1) Opening paragraph to intro topic
2) First topic
a. point you want to talk about
b. another point to talk about under this topic (and so on for 2-4)
3) Second topic
4) Third topic
5) Closing paragraph
Once you learn to create a good outline and make the points you want, putting the paragraphs together comes much easier.
This is a great technique I learned from a good teacher in high school and worked so well for me in college. I always got good grades on my research papers and with a good thorough outline, I wrote them FAST.

It's very interesting what you are saying. The same thing happens to me. I happen to watch and memorize lots of words in English and understand those words watching other words. But there's no one with whom I can practice my speaking skills so I don't know which is my English level. I love both the American English and the British one but I have to talk with someone in English. That is my problem. Just the same thing that happens to me also with Russian. Even if I understand perfectly Russian and I am able to explain myself in Russian 90% in English I do it 70% . Thank you very much. Hope to be able to go to Us and improve my English speaking skills.

Marina, I just wanted to ask humbly, do the techniques work the same if I'm learning Ukrainian. I'm sponsoring a family under the U4U opportunity, and I want to learn as much about them as possible.
