How to spot fake Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Perfume EDP
The smell of the fake Black Opium perfume is very similar, but its persistence does not last even 20 minutes.
The original Fake vs Real Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Perfume EDP 90 ml perfume costs 90 euros, the price of the fake is between 20 - 60 euros.
The front of the original Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium perfume box has the text VAPORISATEUR at the bottom, this text starts from the letter line L (FIRMA LOGO), compared to the fake box that presents this text, icepand before the letter L ... WATCH IN VIDEO.

The reason why I know mine is fake is because it has the scent of watered down perfume similar to the mock colognes I smell at Dollar Tree or the Swap meet. The knock off Black Opium I bought for 11 USD was much better and stronger than the one in the Black Opium bottle. I was mad and asked for a refund. The seller never asked for the bottle back.
When I was at Nordstrom the Black Opium smelled strong and had the strong coffee scent along with the florals.

I was just on their website bc now even the "trusted " stores have fakes coming through
Can't even trust stores like Macys anymore. This just happened I got a tiny set with pinky peach center and I love it. I went online to purchase regular size and I saw the BO Extreme was half off 47.50. I put both in cart, Macys, I used Klarna and it charged $77 on my card and I go and it says it canceled. So after quite a few calls apparently it sold out and that's why mine was canceled. My card has not been refunded yet, I gonna keep you guys posted what happens. I am thinking best to order directly from YSL directly?

The picture of the box of Black Opium on the Sephora US app is of the fake one according to this video… that’s so weird. I noticed because of the word “Vaporisateur” on the front.

what if the number on the bottom on the right side, but also concaved as on original, the rest looks exactly as original, if it's fake than it's a perfect one
we have arrived in 2023 ... now anyone can put a serial number on the bottom of the bottle and the box ... that does not make it original ... weigh the bottle ... and especially the cap ... here I am wrong people ... who produce fake perfumes

Love this video BUTTT...do you have ANY idea how much an orginal Black Opium EXTREME EDP in 50 ml would weigh? I bought one and I'm trying to figure out if it's a fake before I open it and I feel like the most accurate way to tell is by the weight.

@@FakeCip Really??? And you're absolutely sure about this??? I mean if you can absolutely 100% say that literally no fakes are produced anywhere in the world I'm more confident that I'm in the clear. Without opening the packaging the only thing that stands out to me is that the wrapping isn't as tight as it "should" be and the text on the back is of the "slimmer" kind, but that could also be because it's a smaller bottle and box and the text probably wouldn't fit or be as easy to read if it was bolder. Other than that I've only been finding evidence that its' real, so if what you're saying is actually 100% correct I'm confident that I shouldn't actually worry. Thanks a lot :)

@@FakeCip Just wanted to let you know that I went to a very legitimate store today in person and confirmed that what I got was a fake. So turns out there are fakes in 50 ml bottles now too.

The fake ones have a lot of cancerigineous substances, some even have urine in their composition. Be aware of this.

How would you know if it's fake are not if you never bought it before, who in there right mind measure the box and insignia on the box. SMH

Well that's what I do on this channel… there are a lot of imperfections on the front of the box look at the text below vaporisateur as it is written…. however, there are several types of fake… black opium perfume is the most counterfeit in the world today.
