Those root beer float poppers look really interesting. I’ve never seen that before. I too am lactose intolerant and usually avoid ice cream. I imagine using coconut cream would still work, though.

I assume as long as it can whip then coconut cream would work. I’ll have to try that.

I don’t have an easy way to make liquid nitrogen but you can buy it at almost any welding supply or gas store. For me it is about a dollar a liter.
