I’m surprised that your wrists hurt that badly after only scooping this for 10 years at your everyday Cold Stone! Now I look at those places as cheap and inefficient considering how you can barely keep the ice cream temperatures down with those plastic sliding glass doors. My favorite flavor of ice cream by far is cookie dough and I’m so blessed to see you shining so much light on it by making it better and saying how good it’s. I truly think it’s one of the most overlooked/underrated flavors there is out there as it’s by far the best if there are enough cookie dough chunks inside and the ice cream itself is good!

By the way the answer to your math question is 576 ice cream balls serving per hour. 3 freezers times 4 shelves per freezer times 4 molds per shelves times 8 balls per mold makes 384 ice cream balls total in 40 minutes. 384 balls serving divided by 40 minutes times 60 minutes over an hour equals 576 ice cream balls serving per hour.
he can actually only make 384 complete frozen balls in 1 hour, the first batch would use the first 40 minutes and freeze completely but the 2nd batch of another 384 balls would not be frozen properly because they would have only spent 20 minutes in the freezer instead of the full 40minutes
