Good analysis. Especially that conclusion that fits my use of my Pixel Watch 2. I find the screen brightness more than adequate for my walking, biking, and hiking workouts. Workouts. And the battery life is not as bad as I thought it would be, especially with the display not on all the time. And as my wrist is not large, the smaller size is fine. So I decided not to upgrade, as you concluded.
Your comment summarizes how I felt about the Pixel Watch two. In regards to everything, it just felt adequate, and that word "adequate" is so important because it's just good enough to get you through the day. But I can tell you from my personal experience upgrading to the 45mm that the 45mm does all those little things that you already enjoy from your device, but better: better at a glance, better battery, a brighter display, minuscule at first but surprisingly useful over time.
I'd add that my battery life improved greatly when I turned off the Wi-Fi when I was near my phone. Now I get well into the next day including sleeping, like 30 plus hours or more between charges. And that's from 20 to 80%.
I got the 45mm so bigger screen and battery life was my reason to upgrade and not looking back. I think its more than worth the upgrade. The problem with my PW2 was that at times I couldn't get through a day, making my watch useless. My PW3 gets me through 2 days and more than that when i have battery saver mode turned on.

I agree! It's worth the upgrade if you have issues with battery life!
Pw2 has 30hz refresh rate, Pw3 now has 60
also im pretty sure it didnt change so it was always at 30hz, whereas the 3 can do 1hz to 60hz
Great video, want to see your review about pixel buds pro 2
That's a great idea! I'll add it to my list. 👍
Hi... Greetings from Nigeria. Love your videos 😍❤
The larger size n battery is well worth the ug for me.
Gonna get it?
Biggest thing is the battery life. My watch 2 dies so fast.
Yup. Mine too.
