The First Kill in X of Swords? | Marauders #14 Review | Krakin’ Krakoa

Marauders #14 is Chapter 13 in Marvel’s X of Swords event, and it’s the first time we've seen all the swordbearers and champions together, gathering for a feast the night before the grand tournament for rights to Krakoa begins. Whereas the preceding chapter in the Hickman written X-Men was familiar and repetitive, Marauders did an excellent job continuing to add to the new Otherworld, and mutants of Arakko, while giving strong character moments to Storm, Magik, and Gorgon.

Marauders does a really nice job making use of its pages to give moments to Krakoans, Arakkins, and the courts of Otherworld, something I don’t think we’ve really seen any other regular sized tie-in come close to pulling off.
