With the contract, what happens when the buyer doesn’t agree to DA but the seller does? Are they no longer able to purchase this particular property?
I’d assume they can but would have to find another broker under a different firm to represent them in that purchase. Perhaps the original broker could refer them to another broker and get a referral fee.
