Travis. My Angel. I am currently taking an online class in NM. The teacher has taught me no real-world experience. He reads from the book, slides he shows copied and pasted from the book. He is a fine teacher for those who need the book to learn. It is no fault of his that I am a visual learner, and I have to understand the concept before I move on to the next subject. I found your videos while researching independently because I was learning absolutely nothing in his class. I was stuck on the agency part of the book. I almost quit. Until I found you. I just recently took a test and passed it, and I owe it all to you. You teach with such simplicity that it helps me understand. Your slides provide a clear view for me to comprehend and deepen my understanding. Your real-world scenarios are a bonus to my knowledge. I appreciate your compassion for those you serve, and I feel like because of these videos I will become a better realtor, or whatever I will become when I grow up (I am 45 years old, lol). Thank you a million. You have an amazing talent for teaching, and just being an overall great person. I would work for you in a heartbeat.

I just passed my exam! Thank you for the clarity of your teaching Travis! Finance was one of the hardest subjects for me. So I came back to this finance video to see how you broke it down, and I learned a lot that I missed on my actual course! Guess what, those topics I learned from this finance section of travtalks were questions that I came across on the exam! If it wasn’t for coming back here, I would’ve missed them for sure.
