Xfinity Parental Control Reset - Bug in Functionality

For months I've dealt with every avenue of customer and technical support I could possibly reach at Xfinity, phone, online chats, FaceBook, etc. I simply wanted to know how an Xfinity TV Box could have the Parent Control PIN reset! No one could provide me with an answer but then it was found you need only follow the steps in this video. The bug is that a restricted secondary user should NOT have this ability - period!
